“I ordered a grey headboard which came in four panels, it was sent very quickly, I had a good experience with Customer Services, overall, I am very happy with my headboard. It was more reasonable than another headboard I was going to order from a different website, so I am glad I found the one on furniture, 123.”

“We have been very happy with furniture 123 and All the team who helped us with getting a fire returned after it had become faulty and get a replacement back to us. They were patient efficient and very quick to respond . We now have a lovely fire working well, at a good price and would like to thank all at furniture 123. Would recommend them highly.”

“Despite the premium rate phone number, they do reply to messages sent on the app Mon-Fri best. Their overseas call centre peeps did call me to sort things out when an item was delivered damage. They were very fair with this. On previous orders they replace items delivered broken, and you just arrange your own carrier and pay to return items unused you decide aren’t what you were expecting.”

“Outstanding customer service from Furniture 123. On the Monday I told them that we had an issue with a bar stool bought in January and on the Thursday the replacement arrived. I don’t think it gets much better than that.”
