“I am very happy with my sofa look lovely in the room and the service from the drivers and customer service was brilliant! What I will say is the bracket under the sofa that clips them together isn't the best as its flimsy and not strong enough for the sofa.”

“I am delighted with my chest of drawers for my bedroom, and two matching bedside tables. There have been lots of compliments too. We were looking to buy similar furniture from a High Street retailer but the product range didn't fulfil our needs. I especially wanted the marble top that came with the other retailer's products. Instead, I ordered similar products from Furniture 123. Admittedly, these are not made of wood, and they have an imitation marble top, but this is reflected in the price. We received the items very quickly. The delivery team were professional and courteous. And the items are superb quality at a quarter of the price we would have paid elsewhere. Assembly instructions were clear and the pieces are sturdy and well made. They look fabulous in our bedroom and complement our navy bedstead and anthracite grey fitted wardrobes. Ver pleased with the quality, value, and service.”

“The quality of the furniture varies significantly. Some items to be fair are good, things like the dressing tables are very poor quality. We have one dresser that has been delivered without a drawer pack, and our account manager Tom Digby won't authorise a collection or a credit, even though it is faulty. We have waited nearly 3 weeks for it to be collected now - very disappointing”

“I was a bit worried about some of the reviews on delivery so rang f123 and spoke ed, a lovely man who gave me confidence to book my bedroom furniture. Couldn’t believe it when 2 day later my furniture turned up !! Hubby has only opened the bedside table and lots pieces to put together but the quality looks good and can’t wait for them to be completed! Thank you ed, will be ordering the dressing table at a later date !”

“Good service and quick delivery from Furniture 123. However I’m kind of disappointed with the nightstand. A few things I’m not happy about: (1) The drawer doesn’t close flat like the picture (I bought two and experienced the same thing, so not isolated) (2) the drawer handle is more of a rose gold in person than gold like the picture (3) The colour is a bit odd, it’s like a light natural wood colour and streaks of grey bled into it to give it a “woody” effect. Just a weird concept”

“I ordered a mirror - the first one came and was a really good quality, however I don't think the internal packaging was sufficient so unfortunately the mirror had cracked. The contact process for returns was easy, it took a little while for them to get back to me (1 week - and it was a bank hol week) but after a brief chat on the phone, a new mirror was sent by next day delivery and this time no cracks. I was really pleased as another retailer had an almost identical mirror for twice the price so didn't really want to go elsewhere. One star off as the first mirror could have been better packed to avoid the hassle of a replacement.”

“Sent for a fabric sample for an ottoman on the Sunday to match a bed I had .I received it on the Wednesday ordered the ottoman on Thursday and received it Friday morning . Excellent customer service and the ottoman is fabulous. I’m a hard person to please but service was outstanding in this instance”

“Delivery was on time and the bed I bought is absolutely stunning! I had an issue with one of the pieces being broken on delivery and customer service were on the ball and they sent a new piece within a week of receiving the bed. All very quick and excellent customer service.”
