“Items arrived very fast ie next day delivery. I may have not read the description properly but I searched for a walnut wood unit with marble top. I received a dark mdf piece with a marble painted top - rather funny…. These are just temporary items so I don’t mind….”

“Bought a console table for my daughter for Christmas. Arrived quickly and well packed. Looks lovely. There was a very slight crack in the wood which does not detract from the overall look and did not require a return but the company dealt with this quickly and to my satisfaction.”

“I had to return an item - followed their processes to the letter - then was told the courier said they hadn’t collected it - well yes they did and you even said the way I said they collected and what they brought and would do was accurate - so why no refund? Disgusting!”
