“I ordered a mirror - the first one came and was a really good quality, however I don't think the internal packaging was sufficient so unfortunately the mirror had cracked. The contact process for returns was easy, it took a little while for them to get back to me (1 week - and it was a bank hol week) but after a brief chat on the phone, a new mirror was sent by next day delivery and this time no cracks. I was really pleased as another retailer had an almost identical mirror for twice the price so didn't really want to go elsewhere. One star off as the first mirror could have been better packed to avoid the hassle of a replacement.”

“Sent for a fabric sample for an ottoman on the Sunday to match a bed I had .I received it on the Wednesday ordered the ottoman on Thursday and received it Friday morning . Excellent customer service and the ottoman is fabulous. I’m a hard person to please but service was outstanding in this instance”

“Delivery was on time and the bed I bought is absolutely stunning! I had an issue with one of the pieces being broken on delivery and customer service were on the ball and they sent a new piece within a week of receiving the bed. All very quick and excellent customer service.”

“Pretty reasonable wardrobe for the price paid and delivered quickly. A few screws short but I had spares. Only strange thing that may worry somebody is on initially hanging doors the gap was about 35mm. I thought I had been sent the wrong doors as not normal practice Anyway screwed adjusters out to their max and closed centre gap to an acceptable 8mm. For my 92 year old mums dresses she’s happy :)”
