Sent for a fabric sample for an ottoman on the Sunday to match a bed I had .I received it on the Wednesday ordered the ottoman on Thursday and received it Friday morning . Excellent customer service and the ottoman is fabulous.
I’m a hard person to please but service was outstanding in this instance
