“I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. Bought a wardrobe that fell apart. The company said that it is my own fault because I must have assembled it wrong. Refused to refund or replace. Will never buy from them again”

“An order for a bed on the 2nd March has still not arrived Every week chasing up is met with next week it will be delivered! Still no bed ! This had to be the worst experience Promises never fulfilled Still I’m bedless”

“Bought two bedside tables, took a while to build and a bit fiddly, but lovely. One of them had a faulty drawer. Contacted F123 and customer services were super helpful and resolved my query quickly. Unfortunately the replacement part I needed wasn't available so they offered to collect the item and send a whole new unit or a partial refund. Very happy with my experience and thank you for helping me!”

“The delivery driver was on time and carried the flat pack bed to the correct room but only because I told him to and not because he asked me. He also said he'd been trying to call me. But he only called me once and left me a voicemail to tell me how far away he was.”
