“I had to return an item - followed their processes to the letter - then was told the courier said they hadn’t collected it - well yes they did and you even said the way I said they collected and what they brought and would do was accurate - so why no refund? Disgusting!”

“Ordered a sofa however on delivery it was damaged. Contact made with customer services and sofa was collected a week later and I have to say refund into bank was two days after collection overall the customer services was good pity the sofa was damaged”
