This company is a scam. They sent me faulty furniture and in different colours, the products didn’t match their description in the website. Furniture 123, deliberately ignored my requests to return and get refund. They sent a text message that they won’t accept return and won’t give my money back. Fraudsters and scammers, they deserve zero stars!!!

I had to return an item - followed their processes to the letter - then was told the courier said they hadn’t collected it - well yes they did and you even said the way I said they collected and what they brought and would do was accurate - so why no refund? Disgusting!

Currently suffering a pretty poor experience from Furniture123. Ordered a sofa of nearly £700, listed on the website as 'in stock', on 1st Aug. Delivery estimated from 7th Aug (seemed reasonable). Called on the 7th, to check if they had a delivery date (so I could take the day off to recieve) and was told it's not in stock and will recieve from Aug 30th! Not best pleased, I opted to hold tight as spent a long time choosing this model. I asked for a refund on the carriage of £39.95.. they offered me half, and after a battle and the call being put on hold, they accepted to refund the total. Aug 30th arrives, I made the call to the sales adviser for an update, to be told there is still no stock and she proceeds to list the dates these sofas are expected and the amounts. Next delivery September 6th , then 20th ... and so on. I asked her if she knew exactly how many customers were outstanding , and she said she didn't have access to such information... so essentially I've been left totally in the dark to when this sofa will (or will not) arrive. Very poor service thus far. *** and to add. I've noticed replies from customer service agents from reviews left less than 15 hours ago yet mine gets ignored? Also, if you check they rarely respond to anyone giving them less than. 5 stars. Don't you just love spending £700 with a company which really doesn't seem to provide any goods or aftercare.

2 king size beds look nothing like what is advertised. The quality is terrible. See photos of comparison - the bed advertised is totally different.

I so wanted to love this set because if it had arrived in good condition it probably would look beautiful. But actually I’m really upset with the quality. Most of the pieces arrived with cracks or bent. Some pieces are just not fit for purpose. Here are some photos of what I mean. I have changed the handles to fit our bedroom colour scheme.

Returns policy is a discrase just been on phone for 30 mins the transfered to wrong department all i wanted to to was have my collection confirmed, it hadnt even been raised, which i done on my account online 30 mins x 1.50 a minuite went to call back average wait time17 mins please listen back to the recordering from todays conversation and raise a return order no 11361248, you might want to employ people who listen and sort he issue

If I could leave a worse review than 1 star, I would! The quality isn't great at all, the cushioning is dreadful, I paid over £700 for a dining table ordered on 2nd November only for it to get canceled 14 days later And had to re order again which was £20 more expensive and they refunded me £20 less so im out of pocket £40 stay away!!! Awful service and very poor communication. Dreadful from start to finish!!!

Thieves , stole £170 of my money no refund we didn’t open the parcel in there 7 days policy as my husband passed away it was the 8 th day we opened it , ti find it broken despite sending a death certificate and death notice they refused to refund us , the stress and upset this caused me on top of losing my husband was the worst time of my life , reported to trading standards I urge anyone DO NOT order from this company

I purchased this bed because of its reviews but once I opened the package their was lots of marks ,scratches and damage in the bed ,the quality is so cheep and the wooden bars where we place the mattress has no wholes i have to do it by myself and it was so hard for me to make the wholes for screws and put the wooden bars, I don't recommend it at all since with this price I can get better quality with no marks and scratches, I'm super upset and not satisfied at all, ps I never post any review at all but this one annoys me alot especially the wholes I have to do it since it took me more then 6 hrs to build the bed .don't use them and don't buy from them anymore 😡😡

I still haven't received my chair. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, then yesterday, and finally, today. Each time the carrier, DPD, has gone to the wrong address, then claimed I wasn't in for the delivery! The 1st attempt was 12 miles away, yesterday was 6 miles away! Today, despite having an email last night that my delivery had been 'upgraded' and 'expedited' and would be here between 8am and 12. it has not arrived. I've called them and been told that my chair has been returned to Furniture 123!!?? I have twice messaged Furniture 123 to ask help, begging them to call me, find out what is going on etc? Apart from one message of apology, they've been glaringly silent on the matter - and have NOT called me, at all. I am down over £200, I have NO chair, no idea what is happening as no one is calling me back, and have lost 3 days of my life waiting in for a delivery that I'll never get back!! Brilliant service on behalf of the very silent Furniture 123!!!

I have bought 4 chairs that were supposed to be identical but they have different shades and it's very noticeable. Not happy with the quality of the items. Furthermore I have purchased a dining table that the mounting system for the legs made the wood crack around the supporting screws. Poor quality and also the top of the dinning table bends when trying to lift the table: the table is extremely heavy and the expandable design of the table top is just so poor.

On purchasing The Aspen reclining garden lounger set with table and footstools it states that the furniture is waterproof and uv resistant to withstand heavy weather conditions-perfect for leaving outside during the spring and summer months. after purchasing weather resistant covers for the cushions these were stored for the winter. We have noticed on the back cushions were the studs are located each stud is rusty and all the fabric around the stud is rusty, which is now an eyesore.

Impossible to give zero stars unfortunately. All goes well with this company as long as you do not have any missing parts. I ordered a bed for delivery on weds 24th May. Thursday 25th May I noted a missing important part. Sent countless emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and was told that delivery of the spare part would not be until Tuesday 30.5.23. I had countless notifications that this would be the case, rang BEFORE leaving work specifying I was leaving work to receive the delivery and asked that it be confirmed that it would definitely be arriving. Was told it would. Guess what?! No delivery. I eventually got hold of some tracking details that was sent upon request, and could See that they had only just sent it out to the courier company on the afternoon of Tuesday! So totally inexcusable.. Was told to expect it weds 31st… again, no delivery. No compensation, still sleeping on the floor as I dismantled my old bed. No end in site, cannot commit to a delivery of this part. I have suggested they send out another part on a rapid delivery system, but of course they are refusing as they do not want to pay for this. I will keep updating until this shambles is resolved. UPDATE 02/06 - case manager left a voicemail ,trying to inform me that the latest tracking states that the item is with the hub on 30.5.23, where as I can see that this is not the case, day after day, it is scanned in at the delivery hub, perhaps twice daily without movement. I have again suggested a rapid delivery of an alternative part as this one is clearly lost in the system, or for the team to remove their bed. Still no response. I have asked for a call back within an hour. meanwhile, no apologies from these con artists. just wasting weeks of my life going nowhere with them, they are honestly appalling and have no ability to resolve this shambles. AVOID!!!!!02-06 11:45 AM - as you can see from the reply, they still cannot resolve the issue either A) send out a replacement part via rapid delivery as the current is clearly missing B) arrange for collection of the half bed so that I can organise for a placement with a different company, as I have been asking for the last 9 days!!! update 12:30 I have done what you have failed to do. Let me explain. Essentially, I have done your job. I have contacted DX after waiting on their line for 30 minutes. The explained that you booked this delivery for Weds, but as you failed to get it to them at a reasonable time on Tues 30.5.23 you missed that delivery slot, and you failed to book a redelivery As such, it keeps just retracking at the delivery depot, daily, as I have explained a thousand times. They have booked a delivery slot with me for Tuesday. A more rapid service could be arranged, but YOU as the customer need to book this in, on my behalf - I strongly recommend you do this EDIT 13:30 Verma from customer services requotes a tracking number with no follow up and ignores my request for her to contact DX. Also misquotes my telephone number for 4th time, I have send it in big font, telephone, online..... I continue to tell them that I am pregnant, sleeping on the floor, crying down the phone, they still are not willing to do anything, just requoting tracking. USELESS - will update further when they work out what my telephone number is after ringing to quote it twice, and mentioning it 4 times on emails

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. Bought a wardrobe that fell apart. The company said that it is my own fault because I must have assembled it wrong. Refused to refund or replace. Will never buy from them again

An order for a bed on the 2nd March has still not arrived Every week chasing up is met with next week it will be delivered! Still no bed ! This had to be the worst experience Promises never fulfilled Still I’m bedless

Very smooth order process - purchased £2000 worth of furniture for apartment. On day of delivery, driver got frustrated with the complexity of the new development it was coming to. Swore at me, telling me he was p****d off for the confusion and wasn't f******g empty the van, I'd have to f****g do it myself. Then told me the walk to service elevator was too long, and drove off. Customer service was trying to deal with my order and complaint. They told me it should have been put under special delivery request as was large order and then soonest they could redeliver is 5 days (dont know why it wasnt done at the beginning). Only compensation offered is the £39.95 delivery refund. Really poor on their part. Since called up again to request that the same delivery man does not return on my new date - they "cannot guarantee this". They also said although confirmation email came through with new date, that this is also not "guaranteed". Customer service at its finest.

We bought a 3 seater sofa from furniture123 in November 3021. Within a couple of weeks the front legs began to come away. Rather than start a complaint procedure I sorted it myself. Now after another few months we noticed that the back leg is flopping about and giving no support so the sofa is effectively useless. I contacted furniture123 and was told that ad we were one month out of warranty that they wouldn’t do anything. The sofa was in my daughters room - not a public room - and got very little wear. Still it looks like the bottom supporting frame has given way - see video attached. I can only imagine that the sofa would be firewood by now if it had been in a living room! For a company to wash their hands of such a shoddy piece of workmanship after 13 months is an absolute disgrace in my book. I would advise against buying anything from them given my experience of their non-existent customer service ethos and the the abysmal quality of their merchandise.

I’m left without any seating in my living room over Christmas!! I was so disappointed I cried . Just got a text today saying it’ll not be delivered for Christmas …… what a let down and that’s after already changing the delivery date!! I’m absolutely devastated for my guests and embarrassed. Customer service just said there’s no stock until the 27th Dec but I can’t understand why that is the case as I paid in full and delivery cost in October!!! What a time to be let down and will be a negative advertisement for the company. I’ve got my fingers crossed I’ll not be let down again.
