I ordered a children's bed and was given a delivery time of 4 weeks after purchasing. I thought this was a long time but looked forward to receiving the bed. The day before delivery they changed the date to another 2 weeks 8/3/2021. Then today they changed it for the same day delivery 24/2/2021. I thought...this is good as it will only be a day late. Then received another email 4 hrs after to tell me that an estimated delivery time of 16/3/2021. At this point I realised that the company don't have a clue what they are doing or when the item would ever be delivered. I read the reviews from other customers at this point and realised that loads of people were having the same issues and also that the stock seemed to be damaged in some way. I have cancelled my order and placed it with someone else. The bed is still in stock apparently! I think they just want to hold onto your money as long as possible. I never leave reviews, but I thought this was worth warning people over. I'm hoping that they refund me within the 3-5 days as they stated otherwise another bad review will be received. Other customers have had issues with refunds as well.

I ordered a potting bench which once I had ordered and paid for it was informed it was out of stock.I was informed I would be contacted by customer services regarding purchasing an alternative product and I am still waiting for a response.I have emailed them twice requesting a refund and have had no response.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Appalling. Ordered a desk in December. Told it would take 3-4 days. Then told February. Delivery date passed 3 weeks ago so contacted customer care team to be told it would now be delivered in April. I have my doubts! Absolutely shocking service, will never use them again.

Placed an order for a set of tables and was advised of a delivery date. Payment was taken then two days later I was advised no stock available. I asked for a refund and was told that the delivery was as previously expected. I asked them to confirm this which they did twice. Three days later I was advised the item was out of stock. I called to speak to a manger and was told they would investigate and call me back......I am still waiting for that call. All in all a total shambles

My experience of this company has been s**t. Order 2 pieces of furniture in Sep 20 had no contact but checked their website to find the furniture had been delayed. Then same thing happened again and again. Furniture finally scheduled for delivery tomorrow 15th Feb 21 and it's apparently been delayed again. Will be calling them first thing tomorrow to my money back. Utter a**holes!

NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The product purchased was of so low quality we returned after a short while. When contacting customer services it turned out that their number is a chargeable number (0871) which is against consumer rights. I have reported this company and I advise you to AVOID

So upset. Ordered 6 basket cabinet a month ago due for delivery 21 January did not arrive, endless emails back and forth, call handler who didn't get back to me for few days. Received a call today 27 January after more emails enquiring re the order to be advised none in stock and cannot deliver until March 2021. Needless to say I cancelled the order. It wasn't until I queried non delivery on 21 Jan - no one had bothered to advise item was not available for delivery. This was not stated on the website when I bought. Worst experience ever had buying a piece of furniture. Would never shop here again.

I cannot begin to express how TERRIBLE this service is!!! My order was supposed to arrive before Christmas (I paid extra for fast delivery) the arrival date has now changed 4 times and it's nearing February and still not arrived and doesn't look like it will arrive any time soon. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company!

Be aware sell faulty beds order single bed nothing the size of a single bed off sizes made at home think would not respond poor customer service would not refund had to open a case with Paypal to get refund poor quality of manufacturing

I've just seen to the left of this box there are stats that state that On-Time Delivery is 'Greater than 93%', and that queries are RESOLVED in under an hour. That is absolutely hilarious!!!!!!! I ordered two sets of chairs on December 15th, with a delivery date of December 24th. Since then, I have been given 5 different delivery dates. I have also been informed by the delivery service that one set of my chairs hasn't been delivered to them!!! Upon contacting this supposed 3.69 out of 5 customer service team, I have been given NO help what so ever!!!!! AWFUL company. Awful awful awful. Will NEVER shop with you again.

The item never arrived but constant lies did arrive every time we asked where it was. Fobbed off three times with their "we will pass this to a manager" never heard from any manager nor did we get the item although they had our money. We cancelled and bought elsewhere same item cheaper and it arrived in 7 days!!! AVOID at all costs they have no customer services.

PLEASE avoid at all costs. The only thing worse than the quality of the furniture is the customer service. Genuinely awful experience from start to finish. If you have had a similar awful experience please report to trading standards. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific- just horrific! Item arrived damaged. No communications for a refund. Stuck with an ripped mattress. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

It all looks grate on the website, It’s complete different ball game, ones you start dealing with customer service. Bought a table , 3out of six chair broken Costumer service 0 ., I asked to speak to manager , he said it’s nothing else he would say to you . I urge people to be really careful when buying from furniture 123.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to return a faulty sofa since October to no avail. In the end I’ve had to report them to trading standards. Do not purchase furniture from here, the Aftersales care is shockingly bad.

Will never purchase from this company again. My delivery is late. It is saying delivered. But the team are saying its not delivered. Obviously its not because I don't have it. Poor communication. Poor customer service, and if it does end up here. It will prob be poor quality.. Do not purchase from these people

Been let down twice...both times order was supposedly on its way. First order was actually not in stock and wouldn't be for 3months. Second order was 'promised' to be delivered and 'ready with the courier' on three separate occasions...despite the courier telling me they hadn't actually received it yet. What a waste of time and poor customer service.

Chairs turned up with screws missing. Frustrating but fine. Called to ask for new ones and the lady on the phone was very helpful. I explained I am having spine surgery so will not be at the address given for the original order. She said no problem she would send to the address I will be at following surgery. I provided the details and the phone cut out. I called back and sat on hold for another 20minutes to be told that suddenly they could not deliver the screws to the new address, so I now have completely useless chairs that cannot be put together seeing as I cannot physically be at the original address. Then they cut me off. Absolute waste of £400 as I can’t even sit on the sodding things and they may as well go to the tip. I’m outraged
