Ordered as it was in stock and would be delivered quickly. Due on Friday and on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying a three week delay. Phoned Customer Services who were apologetic but did not know why it was delayed and said it was probably the courier. I asked if they could find out from the Supplier and they said they couldn’t as they would not give them a reason. I’ve already got rid of the old bed frame so if it doesn’t arrive in three weeks people will be sleeping on the sofa, happy Christmas!!!!

Paid for next day delivery but received delivery date of 3 weeks in the future. Called to discuss and was advised that the mattresses were not in stock. Managed to swap the item for one that was 100% guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days time. Obviously mattresses are very important when buying a bunk bed for kids. Didn't receive the delivery then got a call advising that delivery will be another week as only standard delivery was sent. Very very poor customer service.

I dont really know where to start to be honest!! Customer service is shocking!! Our delivery date got changed which I accepted.. when it came we recieved the bed but mattress was missing. Trying to contact customer service and get a response was just laughable!! Kept being told "give us 72 hours to check up... 2 weeks later and hours of being on hold AGAIN to customer service I got told a manager would give me a ring within 2 hours.... no call... then contacting over the phone again got told the manager would call after the weekend... the mattress finally turned up today but I had no call from the manager as promised! No apology or recognition they made a mistake ! I've not put the bed up yet so cant comment on that but just general customer service is VERY poor!!!

Placed order and was told 3-4 days delivery. 10 days passed with no communication from the company so I emailed and received a response stating it would be delivered in 2 days time. This again never happened. 14 days have now passed and I am just off the phone to the company who now state that my order won’t be delivered for another month and a half. I accept that there are issues with suppliers etc at the minute due to the pandemic however I have not had any communication from Furniture 123 regarding my order. They have however bombarded me with email offers. I will say that the female (Denise) that I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I have now had to cancel my order and look elsewhere for another product. Awful customer service, no communication, they just take your money and run and don’t care if you receive your order or not. I will never use Furniture 123 again and would advise others not to use them either.

Cancellation was not accepted so I contacted the courer to cancel the delivery and return the item to your warehouse

The bed turned up last week The matresses !!! Didnt after being on hold for 30 minutes Monday , i was informed they will be delivered Tuesday . Tuesday , sat on hold for 35 minutes and gave up Wednesday , after being on hold another 30 minutes , was informed they will definitely be delivered Thursday . Another 30 minutes on hold on Thursday afternoon . as told that they will be delivered between 1830 to 2030 ! But , no email , no tracking number . At 2015 i get a call "fortunately " from a friend 200 yards up the road , that ONE of them had delivered there !! im now on hold again ( 20 minutes !!! ) to trace the other one !!!

Absolutely terrible service I ordered my bed weeks ago to be told on delivery date it was out of stock!!! Only got this message when I was casing up delivery.

ordered a chest of drawers which were fine apart from 24 screws missing no response from two 25 minute phone calls and offline email. couldnt find exact same type elsewhere had to buy slightly bigger and make do

Totally awful. The delivery took ages with the date changed 3 times. If it goes out of stock then let the customer know don’t take the money and then lie by putting the delivery date back. Appalling service, recommend No.

So I ordered my beautiful peice of furniture, website said 3-4 working days, was charged 14.00 for said delivery, the next day I had an email to say that it had been dispatched, then had a follow on email to say delivery would be 10 days away which surprised me due to the quick dispatch, but I thought, give them the bennifit of the doubt due to Covid outbreak, 3 days before said delivery date i was sent an email asking for feedback to furniture 123 which I thought was a little presumptuous, and then I waited in all day for delivery on suggested day and it never showed up, I dont expect to pay 100's of pound on one peice of furniture to be messed about, my email said I could track my delivery, but low and behold, no tracking information, no communication since the email threatening delivery, Not a happy bunny at all.

Told the day before that my item of a table and chairs due for delivery tomorrow 18th Bov will not be arriving until 18th Jan. Thanks for ruining my christmas with the kids. Back to trays on our laps

Ordered my sons new bed at the beginning of October and it still hasn’t been delivered. I am on my 4th expected delivery date, but I’m not filled with confidence ☹️

When I ordered a bed I specifically asked if it could be delivered end of November as I’m moving in to a new house which is like a building site . I then received a message to say it was coming on the 7th of November so o called customer services and reminded them that we could not receive the bed until the end of the month . I was reassured that this had been done only to have it delivered anyway and it’s inconvenience has now meant I’ve had to hire a van to collect it as the work men couldn’t work when it was there . Feel like this service could of been better , let’s hope the bed is okay

well i called to check on a delivery spoke to someone who put me through to another then put through again and in the process it cost me £10 why havent you a free 0800 line or a cheaper one Bit upset with that Jackie Edwards
