. They didn't deliver, they didn't get in touch for 3 weeks I then chased them and I was told it might be able in another month but I could get a refund, i then replied. Heard nothing. Still no product. still no response. Do not use.

TAKE MY WORD FOR THIS DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I LIVE IN DONCASTER AND THERE IN HUDDERSFIELD AND IT WAS GONNA TAKE THEM 2 WHOLE MONTHS TO DELIVER A CHAIR TO MY ADDRESS!!! THATS NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY N GO ELSE WHERE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO COME ACROSS!!!!!! THIS WAS PRDERED ON THE 28/09/2020 AND THERE SAYING IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE 26/11/2020

Only for the fact we had very specific dimensions to work with on both children’s rooms, we would NOT have ordered from furniture 123. We had issues with the delivery back in 2017 and again this time around this year – nothing has changed. The order was placed on 16/05/2020. It was continually pushed back, again and again. This was supposedly due to a supply delay from the manufacturers, however one of these items are no longer provided on the website. What has irked us the most is that there was NEVER any kind of personalised email or contact in a way of explanation or apology. Quite happy to take your money, but not prepared to get onto the phone/email to try and mediate a solution, offer a discount, alternative delivery arrangements etc. Nothing. Just an automated “your delivery date has changed” email. Utterly shocking customer service. Our child was having sleeping issues and needed to transfer from a cot bed to a single bed. He unnecessarily had months of sleeping on a mattress that was not suitable for his age or needs, and as stated, due to the size of the room, unfortunately furniture 123 was the only supplier to meet our needs. Would I order from them again? Absolutely only as a last-ditch resort. Quality? Just ok, doesn’t really reflect the price of what you paid, especially for the rough finishes on some of the cut wood. If any management is reading this take heed and rethink your procedures for dealing with customers and delays, because the lack of care we received was utterly abysmal - queries resolved in "under an hour" - not in our case.

After your website stated “item in stock” 2 months ago I’m still waiting for the tv cabinet. Problem with suppliers I’m told!!! How can there be a problem when you supposedly have it in stock. Also had a days leave from work on the scheduled delivery date and was never informed it wasn’t arriving until I chased it up. Totally poor service with no thought for your customers

Item was delivered three days after the due date and clearly isn’t oak! It’s a wafer thin, paper-like coating and looks like it belongs in an MFI catalogue. Really unhappy with this item but it was needed and already late. The one star is for the delivery drivers who were very friendly...... The item is very expensive for the quality.

Do not buy a bed from this company. I ordered an ottoman bed (Maddox) in early September to arrive on the 18th. On the morning of the delivery (~6.45am) I was told the order had been cancelled due to a warehouse error. On the 21st I was eventually told that it would be arriving on the 22nd. 4 days late so far - no huge issue, everyone makes mistakes. When it did arrive, the kit's instructions were terrible and it took 2 of us over three hours to assemble. Once we did that, we realised that they had sent the wrong sized parts for the ottoman. Therefore the bed was unusable. We started trying to contact them the day after the bed arrived (23rd) to report this. I have spent almost 2 hours on hold to them across several days. Finally got through to someone and explained the situation (25th). I then spent considerable time, manual in hand, detailing the parts that needed replacing to one of their team. I was told the parts would be with me on the 30th. Today (29th) the company contacted me to say the order had been cancelled at the warehouse as 'it didn't make sense' (when she read it out, the parts were all correct). They are now sending me two generic boxes full of parts I don't need as well as the parts I do need. Because the order was cancelled I now need to wait until Friday 2nd October. I got this bed as part of a house move, so I had no other beds. I have been sleeping on a mattress for 2 weeks due to this company's service. They offer no compensation for any inconvenience. If I could rate zero stars, I would do so.

Having waited in for on the confirmed day of my bed delivery I had to chase Furniture 123, only to be told that it was being delivered two days later! Hugely unhelpful having turned down work for that day and then having to lose out on delivery day too. I had paid for Express Delivery and received e-mails conforming guaranteed original delivery date. Don’t trust them.

Massively annoyed. Ordered weeks ago, waited in all day. No communication from courier or Furniture123 despite two emails from myself. Ridiculously poor. You don’t expect to spend £200 and not have an item delivered!

Worst service I’ve ever had from a furniture company, was initially meant to receive my sofas July and the delivery date was changed 9 times and wasn’t delivered until September. No proper apology or explanation and had to take several day off work as annual leave due to the date changing to much.

I bought an item long time ago with him But this time that totally went wrong delivered half of tv table and remains half were instead of tv unit (table) delivers 65 inch tv lol That’s still understandable anyone can make mistake for the driver but post delivery I can’t explain here because Of the delivery deiver even police have to involve as the driver deliver item where one were my tv unit box the remaining were 65 inch tv so after 4-5 hours later when I get call from the driver where he asked that he might deliver mistakenly 65 inch and I confirm with him and asks him but you delivered only one box my delivery so brig with you the remaining box but he turn round and said i delivered three boxes which were totally lie And after an hours later he make a drama in front of my door where I need to call the police and I request from my bank the payment and explain also the situation to their senior as well but nothing Will never recommend these people

We have purchased a Windermere midsleeper pine bed on the 28th of July. Sales and delivery on the 7th of August were straight forward. However once we started assembling the bed we realised the quality is very poor. The wood is very soft and prone to dents and scratches. The machine cut panels and the holes do not necessarily match. Top plank of the headrest doesn’t seat properly on the railing. The kids were happy with it so we left it as it is. At some point we realised that the book shelf doesn’t hold the weight of the books so we had to move it to the top setting. The bed started making creaking noise every time my child moved in it. We wanted to avoid the hassle of returning and complaining and still decided to keep it. That was until 3 weeks into using the bed one of the drawers front panels came off into my 8 years old child’s hands. My husband filled the form to report the faulty drawer on the 28th of August. A few days after he received a request to provide pictures which we did at the beginning of September. And then there was silence. 10 days after we filed the complaint I have contacted the customer service again and on 12th of September my husband received an email in which we have been offered a collection date for return in August. There was no phone calls or emails to discuss our options prior this email. The email said we had to make sure we have to return the goods in their original packaging. We have purchased a bed that we were planning on using for at least a few years, there were 7 parcels delivered to us. Where and why would I keep the original packaging? As an alternative there is a suggestion to purchase similar packaging material from any store and do it as best as we could. So for all wasted time and inconvenience the faulty bed had caused us, we must spend more time and money to get an additional packaging to return the bed safely? Plus we will have to wait for 5-7 days for the bed to reach the warehouse and then 5-7 days for the refund to be issued. All whilst my child would be sleeping on the floor. I have eventually managed to call the customer service number and only then I was asked what I would like to do. I asked for my options and have been offered a £50 discount (seriously?), an exchange and a refund. The lady on the phone offered my first available date for collection which was the 17th of September and whilst I started questioning why should I purchase an additional packaging she hang up on me. The collection however was booked and I had to contact the courier to rearrange the dates as we would need some time to disassemble this joke of a bed. It is very unfortunate that during these challenging times there is no support or any advise from the company that positions itself so highly on customer care. We are reasonably adequate people and like buying products from different shops and give a benefit of a doubt whilst reading poor reviews. However this situation is totally disgusting and lack of communication is appalling. Would I purchase anything from this shop again? There would be a solid No

I received a bed 55 days ago I have been trying to return it since the same day it was delivered. I am a newly single parent and have taken three days of Of work as 123 furniture keeps telling me the parcel will be collected between 8:00am 12pm it is now 15:45 and I still have this item taking up space in my hall way. I am unable to bring my pram inside the house it has been so difficult. I literally can’t afford to take anymore time of work. I am so stressed I can’t get through on the phone it literally keeps hanging up after being on hold for 30 plus minutes. Not sure what left I can do and I am unable to buy another bed as furniture 123 are holding my funds. So I have been sleep On the sofa for 55 days also.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I purchased a new ottoman bed. Upon assembling my joiner noticed that the middle bar was faulty. Contacted them and got a new one sent out. New part then came and it was the wrong size. Contacted again to be told it would be sent out in 3 days. 3 days later still not part so contacted again and told there was an issue in the warehouse. So I am now 2 weeks later sleeping on the floor. Had some goodwill given back to me but not even covered the cost of a joiner 3 times never mind any form of compensation for having to sleep on the floor!

I placed an order in June to be told soon after that it wouldn't be available until August. I decided to continue with the purchase until August came and I was told it wouldn't be delivered until November. Since beginning of August I've been emailing relentlessly explaining I do not want to wait this long and would like a refund a month later and the company are not responding to me or processing said refund. You can not phone them and they blame this on covid although not sure why as all other companies seem to be coping with work from home staff? AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND.
