I placed an order for a sofa over the phone with this company. Half an hour later I noticed an additional £200 was deducted from my bank for another order which I did not place. I phoned to speak with a customer service agent, got passed around the team until eventually someone was able to ‘look into it’ and assured me it was a mistake and that the order was cancelled and that they would follow up in writing to confirm this. I am yet to receive anything in writing or my money back. I’ve tried phoning their customer service team back multiple times and then got the automated response that there is a 4 hour waiting time to get to speak to someone. Please do not buy from this company, their customer service is shocking and they are clearly not storing bank details safely which has led to fraudulent activity in my case.

8 days ago ordered with promise of next day despatch. Still not despatched and can't get through on the phone. Eventually on email asked if they could call me so I provided my mobile and 3 days on still haven't had contact. A Google of the company suggests they've gone in to liquidation, so I'll go via my bank if don't hear in next 24 hours.

Placed an order specifically with this company as they had better delivery times listed than elsewhere and they had the (paid) option of nextday/named day delivery. First they didn't deliver in a day or allow me to choose a date so I had to chase them up for a delivery date. Which meant I paid the extra delivery fee for nothing. Then the day before the delivery day they revised that estimate to November! Three months away! I've now tried to cancel the order but calling their phone line directs you to an email form (which I had already filled out) and I'm still waiting for even confirmation of cancellation. So currently I'm out £250 + delivery with no item and I've had to buy it elsewhere to get it in a reasonable time!

Still awaiting delivery we decided to order with this company for the delivery date still waiting now been postponed to 9 sept ordered 23 July!

Only part of our order was delivered. Have not been able to contact anyone to confirm when missing item will be delivered. Poor after sales service.

I would never order or recommend this company for future reference.There have been several issues with my item and also delays and change in date of delivery for which I was emailed and told I would receive a refunded amount.i have not received this even after several emails to the company.The bed frame is much lighter in colour than the website picture and is not as robust as it looks.The base of the ottoman is shocking,it is flimpsy fabric that doesn't even hold as a base.The instructions are poor so for someone buying an ottoman bed for the first time will struggle to work out the mechanism.This bed is poorly put together and not of a good quality like the website displays.

After receiving a damaged item appalling customer service. Can’t get through on the phone - 2 hr waits and constant back and forward on messenger. Nobody calls you back! Closed my case despite agreeing a solution. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Awful delivery postponed twice. Then only frame arrived. Mattress is not due for another two months when I rang company delivering the mattress they said furniture 123 new no deliveries where taking place until September so lied. Would not have ordered the bed so much hassle

Delivered a bed which is too wide so the standard mattress does not fit. Offered me £20 to keep the fault bed. Now expect me to pay for the refund after being chased for weeks. Terrible service.

Cheap faulty product, customer services call centre never answer the phone, took weeks to get a return collection and refund, absolute nightmare and waste of time!

Wardrobe Took two weeks to arrive despite saying in stock on purchase. Doors poor quality and one damaged. Took 10 days to respond ignored the pictures I sent and asked me to upload pictures, when I complained they asked me to send pictures to another team who acknowledged them and then asked for pictures. They offered me £30 to keep the damaged door like that was ok, it’s not! An offer they repeated twice. Still waiting for my replacement door around 6 weeks later which they are now referring to as my missing part. It’s not! Possibly the worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. Product is ok if you can be bothered with the agro then go for it, I won’t be using them again or any of there sister companies I’d recommend you don’t either.

Bad service, wouldn't use this company again. Ordered table and chairs on 7th June, they emailed back 8th June that the goods ' should be with you shortly'. I received another email on 6th July( in response to mine asking when my goods would be delivered) giving me a delivery date of 30th June. Waited in all day, no delivery and no response to emails asking where goods were. Couldnt get through on phone. Eventually spoke to couriers themselves. They had no knowledge of the delivery date but I have now fixed up with them directly to deliver my goods.

Paid for my table and benches beginning of July and received an email a few days later stating it had left warehouse and I would be given a time slot if delivery shortly! Over the next few weeks I chased by email and phone where I was told it would be with me shortly. Finally 3 weeks later they got back to say it’s out of stock!!!Still on their website to purchase however so beware. They refunded my £430 but they had it for over 3 weeks knowing full well they didn’t have the item. Would not use this company again.

Ordered and paid for a mattress which didn’t arrive on day promised (still hasn’t) and no one seems to be able to tell me if/when it will arrive very disappointed thought this was a reliable company but neither the delivery or customer service have been good
