Furniture was riddled with wood worm

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought what was supposed to be a “solid wood” wardrobe however what arrived was cheap MDF covered in damage. I have tried to contact customer services on numerous occasions and no one has gotten back to me. Poor company - do not purchase from them!

I didn’t receive the mattress with the bed and the head board looks like it’s second hand. Full of scrapes and dirty marks

Avoid buying or prepared to be disappointed. Ordered another bed after been let down with my 1st order to only be emailed 5 days before the arrival date to be told it has been delayed by another 2 months considering I am in the process of decorating my bedroom this is far from ideal, cancelled the order & ordered a different bed from somewhere else which will be delivered this Monday Lets hope my refund is processed quicker than the 3 weeks a number of emails, calls I had to wait on my firs refund will never order again from this company SHOCKING SERVICE.

Ordered the item on 23/08/20 and it is now 02/09/20 and as yet it still has not arrived,am now having to pick up the item from the parcel depot!!!!have not had any feedback from 123 as to what is going on,will not be useing them again!!

We ordered a double bed and mattress, bed frame arrived without any difficulty but no mattress! I understand this comes from a different supplier, however, the response from the customer service team I am still waiting for 5 days later. I have sent emails, e-messages and rang the telephone line without any answers. Each day I have received a text message to say I would be responded to the following day but only by another text saying the same. Extremely frustrating. My Daughter has now been sleeping on the settee for 5 nights.

I order 2 products, the same cabinet in 2 sizes and you send me just one.. is it that hard to send them together, plus you havent made it clear that they will be arriving separately in any of your order or delivery communication

Terrible service! Will not be using your company again!! Sent a bed with missing parts, no bolts, screws or instructions. My daughter is sleeping on the floor. Sent 4 messages, no response. Tried calling, sat in a que for an hour and given the option to receive a call back to which I have not had. Not happy

Managed to cancel the wrong order Which sent me back to the end of the queue as I have to re-order again. Meanwhile the bedroom furniture I ordered 5 weeks ago that has been delayed for another 5 weeks remained on order. So I told customer service to not cancel this order anymore as I eould wait the 5 weeks. A week later they cancelled this order without any notification. What an absolute mess.

Ordered 2 double ottoman beds, the Harley and the Safina, when ordered both were available for delivery within a coupe of weeks. The delivery date changed almost immediately after ordering and paying in full, it then changed again. I noticed after waiting for over 6 weeks that the Harley was still showing on their website as delivery available almost immediately so contacted them asking to at least deliver the bed they had in stock as my son was currently sleeping on just a mattress. They replied saying they would and giving me a new delivery date. On delivery both beds were then delivered without any notice. My partner put up the beds, he puts things together and has to follow instructions in his job but he said the instructions were terrible, hard to follow and pictures were unclear. Part numbers were incorrect, holes not in right places and to top it all parts missing. My sons bed still has missing slat holders and after messaging Furniture123 have still had no response. The Harley bed does look as per the picture online but as previously said in other reviews the safina colour is different to the picture and material isn’t as luxurious as it looks. Both beds ottoman storage was different. The sheets on the Safina were so thin and flimsy we have ended up not using as would not hold any weight so have just put the stuff straight onto the carpet under the bed. You do get what you pay for, don’t expect same quality you would get if you pay a bit more and be prepared to keep chasing to get your order. Also someone who knows what they are doing when putting together, it took us 4 hours to put the first bed together due to unclear instructions. Be prepared to have to order missing parts from alternative places if they don’t respond to you and you want a bed to sleep in!

we ordered a double bed from furniture 123 for my son . On arrival we noticed one of the boxes had been opened and their was a sticker on the box saying returned and a date . we looked in the box and could see the bed was damaged .We emailed furniture 123 and had to wait approx 5 days for a reply , they offered us £30 pounds off , why would we want not only a damaged bed , but also one someone had returned . we emailed again saying we wanted to return the bed , waited another approx 5 days to get a reply again about £30 refund .I was fuming now ,emailed them back and said if they didnt come and collect the bed i was going to take the matter further .Surprise surprise they contacted us agreeing to collect the bed .First date they gave us , waited in all day they didnt come .Gave us another date and thank goodness they actually collected it this time . I have never recieved such bad customer service in my life and would never deal with this company again. Buyers beware .

Ordered a bed which I cancelled due to the delivery date changed to later date which is fine these things happen but 3 weeks later a number of emails & followed up phone calls I am still waiting for my refund & to top it off after searching elsewhere to find the bed quicker with no luck I ended up buying & paying for the same bed again from furniture 123 as my original order had already been cancelled. Yes people will read this & think I should have known better but i wasn’t expecting to wait so long for my refund, worst customer service I have ever received the hierarchy should be ashamed.

I ordered a product in June and then got told it would be another 4 weeks until delivery. This then increased to waiting until the end of August. Now this has increased to waiting until November. I have tried to get in contact with the company via phone to get a refund but they will not answer. I have therefore emailed but 10 days later still no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Completely useless. having ordered the tables we wanted, we were told there was a 2 1/2 week delay for delivery, but we waited anyway. The delivery date was confirmed, so we waited in, but nothing arrived except a feedback form asking how well they had done. Having tried to contact the customer services or follow the tracking system (Not available for our delivery) another week later we get an email saying the tables are longer available. So looking online, I find they're still advertising the tables which they can't deliver to us. Completely appalling customer experience all round

My daughters bed was ordered the beginning of June, you moved the delivery date three times and on the date was due to be arrived it didn’t. No call no email!!! Waited on all day. After being told it was it was being delivered the following morning that was wrong toI and you postponed again!! so I have asked for a refund and I’m still waiting..... Never use this company!

The delivery was terrible. The agents refused to carry it up the stairs, claiming that they were not insured to do so. Given that the feedback form asked if they moved the furniture into the right room, this seems like a lie. Further to that, if you aren’t able to carry furniture up stairs that should be written well in advance at the time of purchase. I would have made other arrangements

Having been sent reject damaged furniture. Speaking to anyone and getting response and return details is frustrating and poor. I would never use this company again

Bought a Tiffany coffee table with LED lights for £198 with next day delivery.Assembled it lights don’t work sent e mail 4 days a go that it’s faulty no reply sent 2 nd email no reply ,called and waited 45 min no answer.You can’t catch covid by returning email or calling as they say very busy due to covid 19 working from home sure they are good
