Hi, Pav and Haroon is what went wrong. Lack of help or advice was evident. Contacted via e-mail to ask for help. With covid and delays we were missing a few parts and when asked for help they stated we can't help you as its over the returns date. I didn't want to return. Just wanted help to either have the parts sent out and if they couldn't then advise on where I could buy these myself as it was over the time period etc... No help at all apart from sorry we can't help. If you had just shown some form of help... or showed you actually were trying.. even slightly I would have given a better rating. The lack of empathy here is what got you a 1/5. If I could give a 0/5 I would have.

Asked how they did and still not received item. No email as yet informing when item is to be delivered. Only correspondance so far is Thank you for your order.

Truly awful. Bed and mattress supposed to arrive on 17th July. Only mattresses arrived. Had to book another day off for bed delivery. Cancelled AGAIN. tried to contact furniture 123 and they said it had been delivered. Umm NO! Asked for it to be registered as complaint - now lost 2 days at work .... not heard from them since. Would not use again.

I ordered 4 Antibesbla dining chair. Delivery was great. I started putting the chairs together I was unable to fit backs on due to screw holes not being in line, there was scratches on one of chair leg, faulty stitching on another. Spoke to customer services and was told to send photos which I did. I want a full refund i only had the chairs 1 day. They are packed back in the box waiting collection. I will see what response I get before commenting on customer services!!

The one star is because the furniture did arrive when expected. That is where the success of this company ended. I received a coffee table with 10 different areas of damage or poor workmanship. If that wasn’t bad enough the returns and refund process is an absolute shambles. Nearly 2 weeks after reporting the damage I still have the coffee table all boxed up awaiting collection and they still have my money. I have had emails offering me a £15 refund, then a £70 refund. They have even promised to collect it 3 times. The communication is terrible and they only make any offers of action if you keep on contacting them. Avoid at all costs!

Ordering system good....delivery rubbish. Should have been a two man lift on my delivery...one man dropped it on my drive consequently damaging my order. Intitally ok with customer service until they tried to fob me off with £40 to keep the damaged product worth £250. Eventually got in touch with someone that had a brain and arranged full refund and collection. Wouldn't use them again

I was told my drawers would be delivered by 10th July but I have yet to receive them. The customer service is shocking- you have to pay to speak to them about your order on the phone, or wait days and days for them to reply to an email. I just wish I'd used another company. I still have no idea what has happened to my order- the delivery people have said it was damaged but I've received no communication from the company about this. I bought from here because it was the cheapest place to by the drawers I was looking for, but I wish I'd paid a little bit more and bought from a legitimate company.

Item arrived damaged, emailed 5 days ago and no reply yet a lot of promotional emails and request for feedback. Badly prepared build Instructions. Zero follow up. Expensive for this poor quality service

Poor communication from customer service. Parcel is late and no update from the CS department. Despite several emails and calls. Have bought from them before but will never use again or recommend to anyone.

Table top was split and took nearly 3weeks to sort out and had a replacement but that is no good holes in wrong place can’t be bother contact you as you take too long to answer won’t shop with you again

Absolute nightmare from begining to end wro g items delivered got lft with me picked up 5 days later order cancelled then when it came very difficult to put together a dnot as good quality as I expected quite flimsy and getti g through to yourselves a nightmare but last lady I dealt with got ward robe sent out tome the next day

No contact back from them, they sent chair that’s considerably different colour to the one shown on web site. Sent email and no response and telephone line keeps cutting me off when i ring to try and get this resolved

The furniture I ordered came in bad state All package and ripped and the corner of the furniture was poking out also has some damage to it.and took ages to delivered the parcel. So I am so unhappy about my order .

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No effort to made to respond to queries. Comms from the service team are virtually non-existant. Place message and get an automatic response saying within 5 days, but often sooner. Yeah right, try no response at all unless you ring them and arw prepared to wait an hour

Nothing has gone wrong yet apart from you asking me to review something that hasn't been delivered yet ! I was told it would be delivered between the 9-11 July and was then told it would be delayed until September , not really a promising start though ! I'll review the whole experience when it's over !
