worst company I dealt with. In their policy they claim they accept returns, in reality it is not like this. They accept a return when you find a company, send the item back at your own expense. I sent numerous e-mails to sales team and after sale. The only e-mail I got is a return address. Beware!

You have asked me to review my purchase of a sideboard. This was due Tuesday 7th July. I had a call on the Tuesday to say it would not be delivered & that I would receive a call later that day with the new date. There was no further call. I emailed you on Thursday 9th July & received back an autoresponse to say you should reply within 5 days. So, still awaiting the sideboard or at least a call!!

Everything, wrong item sent, company still have not refunded my money having said they would not be getting anymore. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Delivery of my sofa was delayed 3 times (which due to COVID is totally understandable). However, the sofa did eventually arrive with damage on all sides which was extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to get through by phone/text and email to no avail. I just want my money back!! Fearing legal action is my only option now. Avoid at all cost, £500 is too much to lose for me.

I clearly Booked Delivery sat 4th July for delivery. Night before text be delivered mon 6th, so I could have worked the sat. An worse I had to take a stupid holiday for the mon.. So not impressed

Just opened the box and I have got to glue, fill and sand down as there is a big crack in the side panel. For £400 why should you expect this. Too much hassle to send back.

Delivery took longer than expected even during COVID restrictions. This request to do a review came before the product. I want to return the product and followed the process. I received an email saying someone would be in touch within one working day which was five days ago. Now unable to contact anyone by telephone. Will not order anything again

Promises not kept ,late delivery, still waiting for a response from an email I sent. Only good thing was item was excellent but then I could have got exact item from amazon and had free delivery and prompt delivery as well

Wrong items delivered courier wouldn't take them back left in my hall for 5 days eventually picked up now the item I ordered is out of stock

Would give no stars if I could, ordered my item on 14/06/2020. I still have not received my item and have emailed multiple times for a refund with no reply’s. Will not order from here again and will not recommend to anyone

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I still have no goods and no refund despite writing terrible reviews each and every day and having spoke to a customer service manager that assured me my refund was in process (this was a week ago) !!! Trading standards it is .....

Items delivered 24th June. One parcel missing, which was reported by email immediately. Had one email to apologise, asking for parcel number of missing item, and nothing since. Not impressed with lack of communication. In my opinion, the company should have re-sent the goods which were missing. Haven’t opened the other boxes, therefore can’t comment on quality of goods.

Ordered my furniture on 7th June, was emailed the next day to say it had left the warehouse. Now been told it wont be delivered until the end of July. So...don't order if you're in a hurry! Hopefully the table and chairs will be perfect when they eventually arrive

This company are a complete shambles, still no order recieved and no refund . I have spoke to a manager to phoned me twice, who confirmed my refund would be processed. Still no refund.....please do not order ANYTHING from this company. Next step for me is trading standards and ombudsmen .

Please do not buy anything from this company. If I could have given no stars I would but no option for that. Long story short, I ordered a mirror 27/05/20 , I have never recieved the mirror , I have been asking for a full refund for over 3 weeks now , customer service manager phoned me x2 now advising they will provide a refund but still nothing. Not the managers fault he is just caught up in this and has been very polite during our calls but this company really need to get their act together . I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my mirror. So to date 5 weeks down the line , no mirror and still no refund. Please go to wayfair, far more organised and trustworthy company.

Promised next day delivery- 3 days later no one knows where my sofa is Had day off work and spent £33 on telephone calls and still no one has rang from customer service- well stressed out
