Delivery of my sofa was delayed 3 times (which due to COVID is totally understandable). However, the sofa did eventually arrive with damage on all sides which was extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to get through by phone/text and email to no avail. I just want my money back!! Fearing legal action is my only option now.
Avoid at all cost, £500 is too much to lose for me.
