This was a shocking experience, the worst worst worst company I had ever dealt with. All I wanted was a simple cabinet and they cancelled my order twice without contacting me, kept having to call them back everyday and finally when they processed the order, I chose next day delivery option - next day nothing. 4 days later I call them to ask where it is, they say sorry its taking a while and refunded premium shipping fee that was for next day delivery. A week later they text me this time saying '' ah sorry its not in the stock can you wait for 3-4 months?! '' are you guys crazy?.. how can a company like you exist and trade beyond my understanding....... never again

The worst company I have ever ordered from! I have been trying to cancel an order for over 6 weeks as I didn't want to wait 2 months for it to be delivered, have spoken to multiple advisors all giving me the same answer and yet I am still awaiting my refund. AWEFUL. WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN!

I ordered a marble coffee table which came on time no issues but the stand which was gold has paint come off.its already damaged before I even used it.i paid £200 for the table which now looks poor quality. Really not happy

After placing my order it was out of stock and I had to wait over a month, when it finally arrived the item was damaged and poor quality.

First time ordering and I wouldn't reccomend. I ordered dining chairs and received a email saying they would arrive on the 15th June and had been dispatched on the 8th June. Great. A few days later I received a email telling me somthing had happened an they would now be arriving on 30th JULY! No idea how they could be shipped on the 8th and now be taking 8 weeks to get to us? Sounds dodgy to me. I have attempted to contact customer services but have had nothing back. I have spoken to other people who also say the customer service is none existent. Would have ordered from somewhere else if I knew I was going to have to wait 8weeks and receive no accurate information.

We ordered furniture for our daughters room in April and knew st the time the delivery wasn't until mid June. A couple days before the delivery date was due I emailed to confirm the date. I recieved a message back with an new delivery date a week later. I call customer service and asked them to confirm 100% this was the day the furniture would arrive. They couldn't because it wasn't even in the warehouse, they couldn't even guarantee delivery this year!! It felt like we had been used as a bank loan during this difficult period and they had no intention of delivering anytime soon. The staff were polite, but came a cross as uninterested in any customer service. Didn't offer to call supplier and couldn't wait to get off the phone. I know they have good reviews but our experience didn't reflect this. My daughter was extremely disappointed and upset. I doubt I will use furniture 123 again.

One damaged mattress. One damaged bed (clearly it has been repaired and not very well at that. No response from the complaints department within the timeframe you state. Can not speak to anyone and can not get any response at all from you. Very shoddy practice that.

Ordered a dining table, 2 chairs and a dining bench over a month ago. The table and the bench arrived after a week but the chairs did not come. I then emailed and asked when I would receive the chairs, which i was told would be asap, a week passed and nothing, then i was told I would receive my chairs the next day, still nothing. I then made contact again and was assured my chairs would come, I even had an email from the delivery company confirming it would be the next day but still nothing. I then asked for a refund and I am now not receiving any responses from them. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Absolutely terrible service. Worst company I have had dealings with. Recieved outdoor furniture to find seam split in one of the chairs, tried contacting customer support team online multiple times I did as requested and sent them pictures of the faulty chair to then find the next day my returns query had been closed because they didnt recieve the pictures. I tried ringing the premium number after waiting an hour to get through someone hung up on me just as i got through. I messaged them days ago to get back to me asking them to call me and heard nothing. Ive given them plenty of chances to rectify this but now I am so frustrated and will never be using this company again. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere they really are rubbish.

Paid next day delivery for a bed and 3 weeks later some parts have arrived but not all parts. 5 phonecalls later and 3 broken promises of delivery. Spent over £30 in calling them due to the length of time on hold to a premium company, and the last call I had I was cut off. Still no bed. Do not use.

Still not received my items and no idea what is happening . I understand delays will happen but would be nice to know what’s happening . Over £100 has been taken from my account and I haven’t received my goods 😢

Awful, next day delivery was 2 weeks. After over 10 phone calls blame was passed between shipping company, furniture 123 & their supplier who was shipping directly. Finally after 2 weeks of chasing every single day, they cancelled and re-ordered a new item for me, which should have been issued when I first rung two weeks ago and they identified a problem. The item is not finished greatly and on the front of one draw the paint isn’t even covering the entire panel. But I dare complain or attempt to send this back because god knows how long I’ll be waiting. Furniture123 do not care about their customers & if your order is missing not delayed they will not look into it. They will lie about the reason and just push you away, saying you’ll be contacted in 24-48 hours, which they would but with NO updates. I wasn’t even offered any compensation for this utterly outrageous experience.

Delivery confirmed for 7.5.20. No sign of item so I contacted customer services by email. My delivery charge was refunded and I was told they would contact supplier for estimated date. Emailed again and then told if item had not arrived by the following Monday to email again. Each response takes 48 hours! Emailed again to say, I would not wait until Monday and please confirm a delivery date so I can decide whether or not to cancel. Was telephoned with confirmation that hooray, my item would be arriving in two days and I would receive a delivery slot. Delivery day came and went so I emailed again. I did not receive a reply to this email at all. Tried telephoning but 55 minute wait. Losing the will by then but suddenly, another email confirming my item has been dispatched (I received the same email on 5.5.20! so didn’t hold out much hope!) Item finally delivered today, 29.5.20...over three weeks and numerous emails later than original delivery date! Will never order with furniture123 again, not worth the hassle! I haven’t opened item yet...I hope there is no damage! 🤞🏻

his company should be avoided This company should be avoided. The poor furniture we ordered is somewhat of a joke. We ordered a £150 console table for our hallway, not cheap in our eyes. It arrived, we opened the packaging carefully. The top of the unit was scratched and missing grey paint quite badly. We have had nothing but a nightmare dealing with the so called customer services team over the period of 10 days, They firstly offered 30% reduction, then agreed to an offer a 50% price rebate, we accepted this but it was a mistake on our part. We tried to build it, what a mistake we made accepting a 50% reduction in price, screw holes that do not match up, screws that don’t fit as the piece inside the wood is already pushed too far into the drill hole. It’s a shambles. It has more faults than I have ever seen on a piece of furniture I have bought in 42 years. I would not ever buy again from this company. It has which we find a huge joke a quality control sticker on it?? Who ever passed it, clearly doesn’t want to own one!

Expected my order to be with me within 2 weeks, that was too long but given current circumstances we all need to be flexible so agreed. The portal tells me I've received my order, on calling I was told my order won't be delivered till 5th July!!! Really disappointed, you should be honest about delivery waiting times. I've seen the same product on ebay sold by furniture 123 that would be delivered in days so what is going on? Really poor service and I feel stuck now as they've taken my money but I don't have the goods I need now!!!! Not sure I'll be buying anything from you again!

Placed order for item to be delivered within 6 days. After 5 days contact company to find out whether item delivery is delayed. No communication from company. After 10 days company emails to say product no longer in stock. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

Dreadful service. Told items were out for dispatch arranged finance. Then told items out of stock. Having trouble cancelling finance then had to reorder and 're request finance which was then declined because previous finance was not cancelled. Now this has all affected my credit rating. Absolutely dreadful. Edward Davidson

The customer service was excellent but the table and chairs I ordered was appalling. There was scratches and chips on the table and the chairs was not put together properly. I had to ring up immediately but was fully refunded. No trouble. I will use again but will never order satin finish in anything.

Waiting for delivery which I was informed 7am-10:30am. Now 6pm and no delivery; rang customer service twice to be told someone Will ring me, and guess what?! STILL WAITING.. and they’re closed tomorrow (Sunday)!!!!! Sat in an empty property with a baby all day which I informed them of! Shocking customer service. Once I’ve got my items or money back I will NEVER order from them again!!!
