Furniture was left outside and as a pregnant woman I had to bring in myself. Once inside parts we’re missing from the furniture so it can’t be assembled.

The quality of the wardrobe was very poor.the screw holes didnt match up And ot is still not soldid after putting everything in place.I would score this zero

Useless firm, wont ever do business with them again. Still waiting for my goods, they have my money but wont respond to my emails. Next stop is soliciters.

I find it absolutely hilarious that you've asked me to write a review on something I ordered a week ago, with next day delivery, that I haven't received yet. You told me it would be delivered yesterday and I would hear from the courier with a delivery slot. Still waiting to hear. After complaining, you've refunded my delivery charge, but I was hoping to receive it by VE day bank holiday, I'm now hoping I'll receive it by my wedding anniversary next week, seeing as it's a present for my husband but I won't hold my breath.

Ordered a fire surround that states delivery within 3-4 days. When I chased up after this time I was told it was coming straight from supplier and would be another 2 weeks. Simply not good enough. Would have gone somewhere else with a quicker delivery if this was stated when ordering. Haven't received item yet. I only hope It does arrive, eventually. Just doesn't fill you with confidence, let's just say that. Communication was swift and I'm thankful for that. Just think more clarity is needed at the front end.

Item came all scratched, shoddy paintwork. Already had an ongoing issue with them which proved difficult to get in contact or get a straight answer so haven’t bothered to ring to complain to be fobbed off again! I certainly do not recommend this company! There items aren’t that cheap so you expect a lot more seeing as you’re paying! Steer clear!!

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered a cabin bed for my 3 year old 5/6 weeks ago! Came without a ladder! Another was ordered but cancelled by the warehouse as all the advisor put down was to send a ladder out, no order or item number just a random ladder from how ever many beds they stock!!! Rang again, passed back and forth and was advised another would be ordered! That came and was faulty!!! Had to ring again, upload pictures onto the portal to be told another one would be sent out! Had my confirmation text that it was leaving warehouse etc, due in a few days. Then had another text asking me what part I wanted sent out?! I thought it was on its way? That got cancelled! Eventually yesterday after nearly 6 weeks we have been sent 3 steps to the ladder, we don’t need them nor did we ask for them and the picture or emails didn’t say anything about faulty steps! Another phone call to be advised the advisor just asked for a replacement part and at a guess 3 steps were sent out! Now after 6/7 weeks I am promised the correct part will be delivered in a week! I even asked them to just collect the bed my child can’t go on, (he has managed to climb up on the drawers and almost toppled off) he’s had to sleep in our bed for all these weeks and all they could offer was £30 as a good will, it’s cost me more in phone calls!!! Since we ordered the bed we also made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt with what was originally a forgotten Ladder (human error, easy mistake) and ordered a chest of drawers! That has come marked but there is no way I have the energy or time to ring about that and be passed back and forth! Furniture 123 have had £800 off me in the last 6 weeks and I will never ever order from them again! Some advise I would offer them would be to communicate better with colleagues and advise to anyone wanting to purchase from them - DONT!

Really bad customer service, I paid for next day delivery and they emailed me saying it would be there the next day.... 7 days later it finally turned up with no communication from them even though I sent emails asking daily. On the day it arrived they emailed to my messages saying it was delivered 7 days previous.... definitely wasn't! So disappointed as was so much more I wanted to order but it was a lot of money I spent with them I can't justify shopping again with them when my items may not turn up. They also took a deposit from me when I first ordered which was due to be refunded within 5 days... 7 days later it still hasn't been refunded so that is another battle I'm going to have with them!

Really poor experience they conform my order and send me confirmation email garden dinning set was on the sale but in the morning I get other email because we dnt dispatch your order we need full price I dnt understand if they give of full price why they put it on special offer not honest company

Placed an order a week ago for 2 beds. Received a txt on the day of delivery to say part of my delivery is missing, try to ring and get the option for a call back, still waiting for the call back

Ordered bedroom set, arrived with slight damage (pictures sent). Also missing hinges for wardrobe door. Was told replacement hinges were sent, bag of nuts and bolts arrived .. no hinges/brackets. Still cannot shut wardrobe door.

Orders for next day delivery arrived wrong item received after many phone calls emails no one sorting the problem. Sent pics through portal and emails nobody answers. When eventually do get through and have to wait hours for a call back still nothing sorted still waiting as I type. Company can see the order is wrong so I don’t understand so difficult to put right.

I'm still waiting for my delivery for over a week that has been lost and Furniture123 will not answer their phone it cuts off after 5 mins and emails have not been sufficiently answered. Ive been refunded my delivery for the inconvenience - excellent, but what about my delivery itself? Absolutely ridiculous and I then receive an email "How did we do?" Wow. Please can someone get in touch asap!!

Really poor Really poor. Ordered a bunk bed and mattress. Bunk bed cake (slightly damaged but lovable) and no mattress but a random head board. I have spent 4 days so far trying to get my mattress to no avail so I have a 3 year old with no mattress. And a great big headboard in my driveway because it’s too heavy and I have space. Not once has anyone called me back so I’ve had to ring daily. I’m £120 down so can’t even afford to buy another while they avoid helping me
