I had ordered the item of furniture for my Mother. It was an excellent price. So far so good. This was ordered a week ago and I am still awaiting delivery. Apparently it might be with me in a few days time. Maybe. I do not think that I will be using this company in the future

my first purchase with 123 arrived damaged and i was offered a £30 e-voucher,i reluctantly ordered a second item of furniture using the e-voucher as part payment and used next day delivery for £9.99, it should have arrived on a saturday (when someone was home to accept delivery) but it is now monday and have been told it should arrive tuesday (when no one is home to take delivery), i am going to refuse delivery and have it sent back for full refund, what a total shambles and live chat never works...

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I WISH i could give these idiots 0 stars. Please please please save your time, energy and hard earned cash and use another company!!! Ordered a wooden table and 2 benches nearly 2 weeks ago - received the boxes a few days later on Friday. Table was fine, however the benches had no screws, fittings or manuals. Called them the same day and after 40 minutes on the phone (it shouldn't take that long to order some screws), the woman on the phone said the fittings would be with me on Monday and that she would email me the manual - she did, for a chest of drawers. Eventually received the manual for the correct product and the fittings, went to build the benches for the 2nd time on Monday, to discover there are 4 pieces of wood missing from both boxes. 2nd call made Monday - told I'd receive them on Wednesday and a refund for the delivery fee, no delivery came on Wednesday. 3rd call on Thursday and another 40 mins on hold, to be told the warehouse cancelled the order because it wasn't put through properly and no refund had been processed. Then i'm told they'd arrive on Monday (today), but come Saturday I hadn't received an email from DPD to notify me of the proposed delivery date. 4th call Saturday to ask for confirmation of Monday's delivery - this time i'm told "I'm not sure, it says Monday but it is a bit weird that you haven't received an email from the courier. No delivery note has been processed either... I'd say it's more likely Tuesday but it might be Monday. I can't say for sure". Today is Monday and guess what? No delivery. 5th call this morning (because I have nothing better to do, clearly) and i'm told the warehouse cancelled the order again. It took me sitting on hold for half an hour for them to discover this. Now waiting for a "case manager" to call me before 1pm - that's in 1 minute's time. No doubt another clueless individual with a vacuum for a brain. Quite possibly the WORST company I have EVER used! I've had to work from home on every day that I've been told they will deliver - impacting my working day. I had a dinner party planned (and £125 worth of food sat in the fridge) for the first weekend after the first delivery. This had to be cancelled as no one would have had anywhere to sit, as I have just moved house. Furniture123 have wasted my time and money and should not be in business.

I'd like to think that if this had been a standard order with a standard delivery, my experience would have been better - but if you ask them for something above the norm - expect false information, endless confusion and a large amount of time on the phone. Long story that I won't bother explaining but will just say that by the end of it, I was sent an email from them threatening to "escalate externally to recover the costs" - despite all of the issues being caused by them and me making repeated efforts to resolve the problems without success. Glad my experience with Furniture 123 is over, don't think I'll be using them again. On the upside, the products itself is really nice, good quality so it's a shame it turned out the way it did.

If it was possible to put zero stars that’s what you would be getting, I spent a lot of money on a wardrobe that to be honest isn’t great quality and instructions are awful and not correct. I discovered I had not been sent out 11x draw and door knobs so contacted you to sent the product out, you advised you wouldn’t be able to send them out for another week so I had to put up with not having a wardrobe for a week, when the parts finally come it turns out you sent the entirely wrong parts, in fact every other part other than the handles, I contacted you again and told you about this and you said I would be getting the handles Wednesday, well it’s now Wednesday night and after contacting you throughout the day with no reply the handles still aren’t here, do not buy from this company, worst experience I have ever had with a company and left with a wardrobe that I can’t use

I ordered my furniture on the 12th and it still hasn’t arrived despite getting an email 3 days after ordering saying it was on its way very disappointed that I’ve had no follow up regarding my order

This products colour is nothing like what is shown in the picture. It’s an olive green colour and not grey. I informed them of this and they didn’t care, they told me they wouldn’t do anything even though they’ve miss sold a product and are using inaccurate pictures which is false advertisement.

I have to rarely furniture that I dont even have. ordered 3rd January was to be here today. meant to now get 1 item 20th...another 2 items 22nd and another 2 on 28th. absolute sham!

Brilliant delivery service Purchased the Loire grey solid wardrobe and set of draws Poor quality products , very thin and flimsy especially the Doors . I had to employ a cabinet maker to sort the doors out at an expense. Really disappointed Good point is I didn’t buy enough for all the bedrooms

I was given a time slot .......they arrived 1 hour sooner this was a problem as I had to drive from the other side of Town in Traffic to get back to them !

Paid for standard delivery £4.99. I received an email a day after my order and was told it had left the warehouse and would be with me soon. I am still waiting 8 days later, to be told it is coming straight from manufacturer and my deliver date is 31st January. Very dissatisfied. No communication. Unable to track, tracking simply says open. No further info. Dissapointing experience.

Ordered grey velvet bed late November requested delivery for 2nd Jan told no problem it was booked in. Received email on 1st Jan confirming delivery for following day and text on 2nd Jan also confirming delivery. Removed our bed for the skip only to be told late afternoon on 2nd delivery would not be until 6th Jan! Not happy at having to sleep on a mattress for 4 nights! Not helpful at all, apology given but nothing to rectify their error! When finally arrived, instructions were poor called helpline for assistance 35 minute wait time!! No thanks, won’t order from them again.

Firstly didn't receive refund and have been chasing for several weeks. Then when I received the bed it didn't have any instructions tried to call but were closed, sent messages no response took us 7 hours to put together as there are so many different size fixings and no instructions I'm not sure we have them in the right place. They look lovely however we had to take it apart while constructing so not very sturdy. Customer service is shocking wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered a piece of furniture, which was faulty. Customer service took their time but then advised they could send us a kit that will allow us to fix it ourselves. Even when we provided them with a picture of the item we needed they sent us a full bag of things we didn't need, without actually including the one we asked for! I had to contact them again and they replied saying they would get back to me in 46 working days. Extremely disappointed.

Bed is poorly made, the paint is chipped and not properly coated. The screws can be seen the finishing is not good. The bed is not sturdy and makes a noise, as the actual bed is supported by 3 parts only. The trundle is better supported than the actual bed. The draws don't glide out smoothly, they get stuck when pulling out. For the price of £265 it's not worth it your better off going to IKEA. The photos are deceiving. Very disappointed with the bed.

Absolutely horrendous company. Have no idea how they have not been shut down. Never experienced such bad customer service. Ordered a table to be here for Christmas Day. Got rid of our old table to make room for new one, table arrived with no glass for the top. My husband and I then spent the majority of the day practically begging them to get it delivered the next day (Christmas Eve). The person on the phone had no customer service skills what so ever. No apology from them at all. Today came no sign of delivery. So ring them they have messed the order up yet again. Got told we could have £35 off the order and it will be here after the 27th. Explained that because of all this we would be eating our Christmas dinner on the sofa. No bothered at all. Asked for the manager who was the worst one we had spoke to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY
