Shocking. Customer service is awful. It would be easier to contact the queen dancing on the moon, than the people here. Deliver driver needed a lolly pop and a sticker to calm him down following his paddy on the phone. My new build estate wouldn't come up on his ancient antique satnav and he lost the plot. These people are like a one night stand, pester, pester, pester until you make the purchase then poooof deal done and you never see them again - aside from the delivery driver who come to haunt you like a bad fart.

Furniture great. After sales and customer care - TERRIBLE. So the website said order now and I’d receive it a few weeks later. (I ordered a new table and benches) Promised for before Christmas delivery as stated on each items delivery dates. 29th of November table and benches are meant to come. 25th email saying items dispatched. 27th email saying benches won’t be coming. 29th receive table. Christmas Eve and hopefully I should be getting my benches. A month late. No apologies at all. They has said it had been dispatched but what delivery company would hold something for over a month. None.

Like similar reviews on here- payment taken and delivery is so far 2 weeks late!!!! Just a bad dropshipping company. The delivery company hasn’t even received the parcel to send yet. I have tried so many times to contact Furniture123 but no luck. Haven't even refunded me yet

Like similar reviews on here payment taken and delivery is so far a week late! The delivery company hasn’t even received the parcel to send yet. I’ve tried numerous times to contact Furniture 123 with an automated machine promising a call back... nothing Christmas could Literally be ruined!

Ordered a bed. Was given a 2 hour slot and told the driver would call 30 mins beforehand. No call and they didn’t knock loud so we missed them. They left a card which said - we missed you, please call this number to arrange another delivery. I did but couldn’t get through so kept on trying on and off all day. Finally got through. All was sorted. Then found out yesterday that I had been charged £49.72 for these calls on a number they had told me to call. Contacted furniture 123 and they basically said they would not refund it.

Terrible. Whole box from the delivery missing. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone who would sort out a reasonable solution. Remaining boxes being sent back....will never buy from here again

The delivery of the item kept moving without good reason and on the whole disappointing that the package arrived damaged, after such a long wait

There were missing pieces to a chest of drawers. . . I had to make my own back board. Also the delivery men refused to take them upstairs even when I asked which I thought was unusual.

Ordered the bed on Friday, paid £10 for next day delivery. Was due to arrive on Monday. Got a message on Monday to say my bed won't be arriving on Monday it would arrive on Thursday. Got a message on Thursday saying they can't deliver the bed at all. Got a call on Monday to say let's rearrange delivery. I said I'd like to cancel the order. Still waiting for a refund.

Had a damaged coffee table delivered with missing parts. Arranged a delivery for spare parts to be sent, no email confirmation on this received. When I called back, they informed no spare parts could be delivered, a new table would be sent. Requested to cancel the order, which was agreed. But then received emails to confirm a delivery was taking place. Spent a total of 4 hours on the phone to resolve all of the above. Customer service staff do not know answers to many questions. All in all a terrible experience.

Still awaiting delivery of a bed and mattresses. The payment has gone through on the credit card and no sign of the items purchased.

I placed an order for 2 beds and 2 mattresses. I received only 1 bed and 2 mattresses. I am still waiting days or a week later to find out when they are going to deliver my bed. I have sent a few emails, but i'm still waiting days later for a reply. I would call them but for some strange reason they have a premium rate number. Says everything about the customer service dosen't it.

Literally the worst company I have dealt with (I have just renovated my house so have dealt with loads of companies). Furniture123 sent me a second hand item which was not only damaged but also bodged back with some filler and paint (badly)! Was offered no apology, dealing with customer service is a total nightmare, sent about 20 emails but only one was responded to! Please don’t waste your time!

Furniture delivered was great but spoiled by Taylor. A rude and arrogant young man who walked in my house did not say hello until I did. It went from bad to worse in a nutshell. He didn't want to help unwrap furniture so I could see it was OK. There were 2 extra chairs which if I had not pointed out it wouldn't have been noticed. He would not take my cardboard. Did not have any box cutters so I had to provide scissors. Then had the audacity to ask me for tape to wrap spare chairs. I said no as just how much tape does it require. He then said I don't have to help you unwrap and there you go do it yourself!Appalling! I told him to get out, I had had enough of this surly individual. Jenson was great he stayed and helped to the end. Customer service refunded my delivery charge but goes nowhere near just how much rudeness and disrespect I suffered.

Shocking service! Had a confirmed delivery email Sunday from Furniture123, I'm not usually able to get time off during December so a quick phone call to my boss ....on a Sunday, he gave me the Monday off. At 07.40 on Monday I received a txt from ArrowXL saying they won't be delivering today and I have to re book delivery!!! Only 2 dates were given, both nearly 2 weeks away. Fuming, I've tried several times to phone Furniture 123 to no avail ... just permantently on hold! Imagine my horror to then find out it's 13p a minute + service charges to phone them .... and I've tried for over an hour!! Reading other reviews who have had exactly the same done to them, If you are considering ordering from this firm I'd be very careful if you want a quick delivery!!! Simply not good enough!!!!!!

Had a problem with missing parts, a whole box wasn’t delivered. I contacted them 4 days ago, they don’t answer the phone so I emailed them and still no response. It’s a present for my son, terrible service.
