Had a damaged coffee table delivered with missing parts. Arranged a delivery for spare parts to be sent, no email confirmation on this received. When I called back, they informed no spare parts could be delivered, a new table would be sent. Requested to cancel the order, which was agreed. But then received emails to confirm a delivery was taking place. Spent a total of 4 hours on the phone to resolve all of the above. Customer service staff do not know answers to many questions. All in all a terrible experience.
