Flat pack furniture came without the instructions and after following up with the call centre they were still never sent out.

Booked and paid £19.95 for a Saturday delivery - waited in all day and the delivery never arrived. Sent an email, no response in 30+ hours. Rang them, took 25 mins to get through, where they told me it was going to be delivered that day without any communication or checking I was in. There was no reason why it wasn't delivered on the Saturday or why I had no communications to say it wasn't coming. Shocking service.

Place an order for a fireplace. I waited 15 days for Notification of dispatch which never came through. I called 123 furniture and they informed me that the item was out of stock I will not be back in for another three weeks. Two hours after the phone call I got an email to say that item was dispatched. The fireplace arrived when I was away for the night and was left outside my front door for 18 hours. Extremely poor customer service.

The worst customer service ever. I have now been chasing for replacements for a faulty ottoman chair for almost a week. Contacting them by the telephone is pointless as no one ever picks up- I was left holding for almost 20 minutes and hung up. Each email is met by a new person that either repeats or contradicts what the previous person has said. I would never ever order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Tried to find out delivery date. Online had no details, phones were not answered, online chat not available, email told me they would answer in 3 days. Finally got a three date possible delivery on mobile phone for this week. We will see. Communication with this company is impossible.

Worse experience ever! Too order and money emailed me to say it had left the warehouse and was on its way then when I called to chase it said it was put of stock! How if it had left the warehouse!? First time I ordered and last. Customer services didn’t care at all that I had taken the bathroom suite out and had the water turned off based on their email telling me it had left the warehouse!!’

They're happy to take your money and then tell you the night before delivery that what you've ordered isn't in stock and won't be for a while. No one ever answers the phone and getting a refund is like drawing blood out of a stone.

LOL. . that’s what this company should be called. . They have a staff of 6 reps sitting in a room taking the calls on a paid number. . When one fights with the poor customer (who’s waiting for their delivery or essentially to move on in life). . the other 5 laugh out loud while having their cheap biscuits and machine dispensed tea. Deal with them at your own peril. On the plus side however, they do send out a £50 coupon to their joke of the day.

Currently waiting for a sofa, that should have arrived yesterday. No idea when it's due to arrive, no update when I emailed to ask and sat on hold for an hour waiting for a response. Terrible service.

Booked a delivery for the 5th of November as it gave us an option of when we want it and as i move in to another place on the 1st i thought why not the 5th. So a week after i ordered it , i got a text from DPD to deliver it. I had attempted numerous times to get through to them after being on hold over an hour each time. In the end i was told they can't deliver that far in advance (why give the option then?) S So now im having to change delivery date when DPD send a text saying its out for delivery , this is going to happen every week or so before i move in. Dont need the stress

I would never recommend this company to my worse enemy. The staff are rude and insulting, the managers are unprofessional. The customer service is diabolical. The quality of the bed and material reflects the price ( cheap). Assembling the bed is difficult and the instructions are unclear.

The worst company ever! At first they said that my purchase will be delivered in 2 days. But when I ordered they immediately changed it. They moved delivery date 6 TIMES, telling you that this is their supplier problem and they can’t do anything about it. No response from customer support, just general template apologise letter. Don’t believe them, they might tell you that this is the last delivery date change, but that’s a lie. I had to sleep 5 weeks on the floor and beds aren’t even dispatched. Don’t ever order from these scammers, you’ll just waste your time and will have to order from another company anyway.

Terrible customer service Mostly generic responses Poor quality as can see from photos They refused to give compensation for wasted 4hrs of assembly time and missing delivery spots twice which annoyed kids Do not deal with this company. AVOID at all costs. I now have to dismantle the entire bunk bed which took a professional engineer 4hrs to assemble because I refuse to now deal any further with this company as they draw out the process of putting this right. This is a cowboy outfit for sure We will purchase from a reputable company instead

Do not deal with! Their customer service is terrible. I received damaged stock late and when I tried to go through the returns process I have had nothing but bad experiences. On one of my calls to the call centre, one of their staff were incredibly rude to me. I eventually spoke to one of their managers who was still unable to deal with my return. Do not deal with this company, they are cowboys and I would never order with them again With regards to the furniture itself, it is terrible quality, I would rather spend a bit more and get something which is better quality where the paint isnt chipped off when you take it out of the box

Ordered bedroom furniture, the delivery was delayed by over a week. When it arrived multiple parts were damaged. I had to phone them 6 times to get some kid of resolution which in my mind was quite simple, send me some replacement parts. They didnt contact me when they said they would and some of the customer service representitives were just incapable of understanding that they sent me damaged stock. The quality of the furniture is clearly not great, the paint was peeling off so I would not recommend using them

I placed an order online 22 July and received an 'it's on it's way' confirmation showing it had been dispatched from the warehouse on the same day. Delivery was due today 1 Aug so took the day off work to wait for the delivery. As I hadn't hear anything, I contacted their CS team only to be told the item wasn't arriving today but in fact due to delivery on 7 Aug. The company have all of my contact information such as email address and mobile number yet no one had reached out to advise of the change. The CS agent's response was sorry about this but we have only just found out there was an issue with the item leaving the warehouse for delivery - the opposite to what my email confirmation states. Now I am to wait a further week for the item and doubt very much that I would use this company again.

Sadly there is no “zero” star option... complete waste of time, ordered a bed and was told lead time is 2 months..then 2 days before it was due for delivery had an update that new delivery date is 5 weeks later!!!!!! Before that ordered a fireplace and, even though, it was showing “in-stock”, delivery from next day, once I placed the order they sent an email that it is out of stock and delivery date is in 5 weeks!!!!! DO NOT USE
