LOL. . that’s what this company should be called. .
They have a staff of 6 reps sitting in a room taking the calls on a paid number. . When one fights with the poor customer (who’s waiting for their delivery or essentially to move on in life). . the other 5 laugh out loud while having their cheap biscuits and machine dispensed tea. Deal with them at your own peril. On the plus side however, they do send out a £50 coupon to their joke of the day.
