Waiting a month for a bed which has never appeared. Wasted a fortune in phone calls to this company. Constant changing of stories - ‘It was out of stock and not dispatched’, ‘it was dispatched, the courier must have lost it’. They will mess you around, and they will it give you any compensation for this. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I am disgusted and appalled by the way that I’ve been treated by this company . I spent over a £1,000 on my dining set table only for it to be delivered in extreme poor quality , I contacted the team who asked me to upload photos of the damages and to send the images across via email. I proceeded to do this within half an hour of speaking to a team member. The team member asked if I would like to have vouchers and keep the set or have the set replaced I agreed to the latter It has been almost a week and I have no collection date , the team DO NOT have my order number and so they aren’t able to arrange collection for my table every email they send takes over 24 hours for them to respond back and they keep repeating themselves. The lack of communication between their different departments is atrocious to say the least! I’ve then proceeded to try and speak to somebody today, however I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes!! Avoid purchasing anything from this company , especially if you are the type of person who enjoys good quality furniture The service and product are terrible Avoid Furniture 123 like the plague !

Like many of the customers reviewing Furniture 123 I have had terrible experiences with this company, its service and the products it sells - we had one order for several items, and the order was delivered in dribs & drabs - several of the items, when they eventually arrived were badly damaged and their customer service/complaint handling process is hopeless. I deeply regret buying anything from them and would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to look at the other reviews for corroboration before making a purchase.

Does anyone know the names, addresses, registered business address, emails of anyone in charge of this business please? I cancelled order today because they refused to confirm delivery date for order. I suspect I will not get my refund in a timely manner so wanted to know so I can likely prepare paperwork for the small-claims court. Thanks nigelshears1969@gmail.com

4 broken delivery dates and only the bed arrived. Still awaiting mattress. In the end cancelled mattress order and went local.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Would give Zero stars if i could. Still awaiting for missing parts to arrive. Being waiting MONTHS to arrive!!!! Customer Service keep promising to sending missing fixings and rail. Still waiting. STILL WAITING!

Terrible quality material. The bed we purchased missing slates and after contacting customer service i’m still yet to get a reply. 5 months later. Would never purchase from here again.

For anyone considering to purchase from furniture123, please refrain from doing so! More hassle than it’s worth. Item 1 in question. We were missing fixing parts, they might eventually send the correct replace parts after many emails with photos provided ....3 months later! However any opportunity they will look to charge the customer extra. Our 2nd item, we were missing the main element ie instructions and ALL of the fixings (1 box of 3) erecting of a trundle bed. Unfortunately we didn’t fully check our delivery when delivered... 1 box missing and we didn’t notice this until we moved...(house purchase failed 3 times), we stored our boxes safely and secure but only noticed this when unpacking.... Furniture123 will not believe the customer, and only take the word from the courier. They wanted to charge us additional £70 for their arrangements/delivery of this missing item. We have now declined as their customer service is unbelievably poor and where possible, they will look to charge you (the customer more) We would advise highly to look elsewhere....use a retailer that appreciates a customer spending over £2500 with them, one that believes in good customer service.

Ordered furniture was delivered part of someone else order had to wait week for it to be collected. Also missing part of chest of drawers other half delivered today driver was not aware had to take back part not ordered so have had to email again and reorder collection as he did not have any paperwork. Ridiculous when phone them costs expensive. Also ordered wrong wardrobes requested to pay extra and do a swap but cannot as this has to be paid by ourselves which costs too.much so sold them and lost money. Would not use them again frustrated and annoyed

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I am still, 6 months on waiting for a part to complete my sons cabin bed. No real apology, definitely not authentic when people do say sorry, huge amounts of chasing, lack of prompt response and a ‘helpful’ suggestion that if we take the full bed down we can get a refund. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience - avoid this company and do not purchase from them.

Avoid them. Their things might look nice and cheap but it doesn't last. If anything goes wrong, good luck getting a refund. The customer service staff are rude and unprofessional. Most don't even know what they are doing. Avoid them for ur own good.

Bought a bed from this company and when I went to put it up part of the bed was damaged and missing parts so rang up for them to keep saying someone will ring me back even though they didn’t!! I had to keep ringing for 2 weeks to be told they’d send a new part out then the night before it was arriving I get a phone call to say it’s not in stock and I had to wait an extra week and then I made them send me a new bed because I couldn’t sleep on the floor any longer!!! I then find out that I’ve been charged £50 for the phone calls with no apologise or compensation!! Disgusting service DO NOT BUY

would avoid purchasing with this company absolutely disgusting customer service and the the state the product is in when they send it to you After waiting 4 weeks is horrific. Then when you request replacement parts as they state they will do for damgages they refused because the parts are too big!! I’m now left with one upset and disstressed 6 yr old with learning difficulties and £300 out of pocket and has also left my son bed less!!!!!!!

Ordered the Tiffany white gloss LED table the delivery was great no problems there. Problems started when we tried to put it together there are numerous issues; screw parts when tighten they snap, the LED strip was to short and didn’t go round the whole table, the holes don’t line up so couldn’t put some screws in, there were 12 holes that hadn’t been pre-drilled so couldn’t put together sections 2 and 3, there was no hole for the bracket that holds the battery, section 3 doesn’t line up so one end of each side is higher than the other, there are various chips around the middle. I called the help desk twice apparently after 4.30 on a Friday there are no managers to help until Monday. We spent over 2 hours trying to put it together and now have to wait 2 days to see what they can do!

Flipping joke this company ordered my bed comes with stains and marked numbers on headboard with missing parts and broken parts contacted each time being told parts will be delivered this date each time that date comes I have to chase up where or what time is getting delivered only to be told it’s not been sorted and will be sorted and delivered the next week so me and my baby while waiting all these next weeks are camping on the floor. Don’t listen to them when they say they have put you on priority list to be dealt with it’s a lie it’s a priority list to be disappointed and wait longer. Then to be offered £20 to keep the damaged parts are you flipping kidding me over £300 bed the headboard being the main part of the bed. This company is a joke. The customer service is nice and helpful but to a certain extent after that phonecall nothing is really being done. So bare in mind if your being told it will get delivered be prepared to wait over months for your goods!!! Just chase them up to get results as no one is going to call you to let you know what’s going on!!! I recommend a lot of things when they are good but this company most definitely wont be.!!! I will be spreading the word out about this company as I’m not happy and the way they dealing with me is beyond a joke!! I am in middle of redecorating and having to deal with all this wait so mean time house is upside down as the bed needs space to build so meaning I have to put my life on hold and decorating on hold due to this company. Never Again! Just avoid if you don’t mind waiting then I guess it’s not so so bad the product is nice if it’s what is advertised. I thought I bought a dark grey bed it’s looking like purple/lilac with stains and numbers marked on it as if it’s been used but I am reassured it not and it must have happened in the box.. sure the box spills liquid and marks numbers and scratches parts inside the box during transit.

One of the worst online companies I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a table and chairs in summer and it kept getting delayed every 2 weeks with no more info than that. I complained and received no reply until I wrote a second time and so on it went. No compensation offered for the lack of customer care either. Not part of any ombudsman service either so no-one else to complain to. Avoid at all costs, please!!

Items that show in stock id ignore.. They just take your money for next day delivery then you don't hear anything . I have had to call to now be told delivery 3 days later.. read the reviews and lately they are terrible. Won't ever use again..

It all seemed to go so smoothly. I received the email notifying me payment had been taken, I received a text message stating delivery would take place on a certain day, and another message confirming this. Then on the day, I received a message to say it wouldn't be delivered because it hadn't been despatched yet. I phoned customer service - the automated answer recognised my phone number and said it could see I've placed an order that hadn't been despatched yet. I was then 'fast tracked' to speak to a customer service person - which took more than 10 minutes waiting. The customer service lady said the order was now going to be delivered the next day, and said it had already been shipped, so I couldn't change that, but the website still says it hasn't been despatched. So either she was lying or the whole system is broken or both. Either way, not a good result.

Appalling company to deal with. The company is full of lies and miss promises. Ordered a bunk bed which was late in being delivered by none the less it was delivered October 5th, with a faulty unsafe step. We are now 18th December no further forward. It took NINE WEEKS to get a replacement step, which arrived the wrong step and damaged! I think someone just picked up a plank of wood and thought this will do. After contacting them yet again, the replacements replacement now has a delivery date it has not met because it has been held up. Avoid this company at all cost. I wouldn't have given it 1 star if i didn't have to.
