It all seemed to go so smoothly. I received the email notifying me payment had been taken, I received a text message stating delivery would take place on a certain day, and another message confirming this. Then on the day, I received a message to say it wouldn't be delivered because it hadn't been despatched yet. I phoned customer service - the automated answer recognised my phone number and said it could see I've placed an order that hadn't been despatched yet. I was then 'fast tracked' to speak to a customer service person - which took more than 10 minutes waiting. The customer service lady said the order was now going to be delivered the next day, and said it had already been shipped, so I couldn't change that, but the website still says it hasn't been despatched. So either she was lying or the whole system is broken or both. Either way, not a good result.
