Ordered bedroom furniture, the delivery was delayed by over a week. When it arrived multiple parts were damaged. I had to phone them 6 times to get some kid of resolution which in my mind was quite simple, send me some replacement parts. They didnt contact me when they said they would and some of the customer service representitives were just incapable of understanding that they sent me damaged stock. The quality of the furniture is clearly not great, the paint was peeling off so I would not recommend using them

I placed an order online 22 July and received an 'it's on it's way' confirmation showing it had been dispatched from the warehouse on the same day. Delivery was due today 1 Aug so took the day off work to wait for the delivery. As I hadn't hear anything, I contacted their CS team only to be told the item wasn't arriving today but in fact due to delivery on 7 Aug. The company have all of my contact information such as email address and mobile number yet no one had reached out to advise of the change. The CS agent's response was sorry about this but we have only just found out there was an issue with the item leaving the warehouse for delivery - the opposite to what my email confirmation states. Now I am to wait a further week for the item and doubt very much that I would use this company again.

Sadly there is no “zero” star option... complete waste of time, ordered a bed and was told lead time is 2 months..then 2 days before it was due for delivery had an update that new delivery date is 5 weeks later!!!!!! Before that ordered a fireplace and, even though, it was showing “in-stock”, delivery from next day, once I placed the order they sent an email that it is out of stock and delivery date is in 5 weeks!!!!! DO NOT USE

what went wrong!!!!! againbought 2 mattresses & trundle bed, after being given 3 different dates was then told a man was outside with 1 mattress.told him to take it away. Spoke to company said it was Blue Arrows fault! offered a £40 recompense plus £9.99 delivery charge and a full refund, havents checked bank yet,, BUT beware wehn you phone them its a premium rate number 1 call cost £30!!!!and I made 5 calls, sort makes any refund null and void. have ordered something similar fromBensons for Beds delivery on tuesday, lovely people, no attitued DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

I don't even want to give you 1 star!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is shocking They use an awful rude delivery company Send wrong parts Take months to send the correct parts They lie constantly Cause you lots of stress They must only get good reviews sometimes because their own workers are adding these!! Please avoid!!!!!

It’s an outrage that I have to score these clowns 1 star!! Absolute farce of a company, selling cheap furniture that’s not fit for purpose! I have a broken bed which was reported 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the correct part to be delivered. Customer services lie about delivery dates and have no clue what parts are required. Order from this company at your own peril!!

I've ordered from Furniture123 on two occasions The first was for a ottoman double bed, we was told it'll take 5-7 days to arrive, plenty of time to arrange someone to be at home for the delivery as we work full time. It was then dispatched that night and we was given our time slot at 10:23pm, which we did not see, so we couldn't arrange anyone to be home. Delivery was re-attempted the next day, again, the delivery slot was given late at night, which I stayed up to make sure I saw. We had to arrange my partners father to be in to take the delivery, but the courier had to wait around 10 minutes as he had to drive from St. Albans to London as the courier arrived earlier than stated. The driver then tried to charge an elderly man £10 as he had to wait! To add insult to injury, the beds floor panels arrived broken. I contacted Furniture123, and they offered a £35 voucher. I didn't want to order from them again, but I needed a mattress for the bed, and I needed to use the voucher. I ordered a mattress, and the voucher didn't work, so I had to contact them to have the £35 refunded back to me. The mattress was due to be delivered today, but I have received no tracking emails, I contacted the awful courier they use and they said they have not received any order from them! I tried to contact customer service, but as always their online chat feature is down, so I've sent them two emails and not heard anything back. I wouldn't recommend this company is used, even if you are desperate and need a cheap bed/mattress. The service was so awful I would have paid more with a company that knows what it is doing!

I'm loath to even leave a single star for this company, they are a complete waste of time. I have never ever come across such a bunch of clowns in my entire life. To date I have still not received the item I ordered 2 weeks ago and after one aborted delivery they sold the item even though they had already confirmed in writing it was in the process of being re-delivered. They have not offered me any replacement even though this fiasco was their error, nor have they refunded my credit card. I'm so aggrieved at this utter waste of time that I'm seriously considering filing a small claims action in my local county court, maybe then they will appreciate the error of their ways. I would avoid at all costs, you have been warned!

Wardrobe doors missing nearly two weeks later still not arrived am hopeful on tomorrow or furniture gets returned Have been offered gesture of good will but judging by these comments in not holding my breath . Avoid this company as customer services are terrible and do not call you back or answer emails ...

Buyers Beware! Item arrived damaged complaints system via email didn't work calls cost 14p a minute to the company and 3 months later still no sofa delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Absolutely rubbish service!

On reading other reviews it appears to be a constant issue with deliveries and mine has been exactly the same. On spending over £1500 I am still without a bed and have finally had to cancel it 2 months later !! . But have I been refunded yet NO ! Or received the compensation I was promised NO ! The company is a total shambles giving promises they cannot or will not keep. I have tried everything to be fair but I've finally had enough spending time emailing and phoning trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I've finally had enough and I'm writing this review to make future customers aware before they purchase anything

It would be shorter to say what went right - Nothing went right - bad attitude of staff, false promises, false delivery promises, broken and missing parts. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a mid sleeper bed for my son. First deliver came badly damaged, the packaging had chunks taken out of it and every box had footprints over them. We contacted customer services and was told the damaged parts were being sent out. Long story short, the second delivery was damaged worse than the first, the third delivery was also damaged, we then received parts for another bed that did not fit ours. Finally after 1 month we received all the parts we required. The communication between the different sections of this company is shocking, we had deliveries turning up unannounced and in different days to when they had been promised. We were told a goodwill gesture would be discussed after our issues were solved but once we confirmed we had received all parts and were happy the customer service representative reneged on this and told us it was not company policy to offer this. All in all it had been a terrible experience and I would not advise anyone uses this company!

A complete mess, wouldn't use these people ever again. I ordered 2 wardrobes on line for quick delivery, 1 arrived with wrong colour on some parts and the 2nd was delayed until middle of July. No one seems to know what is going on, they have refunded the 2nd wardrobe but waiting another 48 hours for them to look into why parts were not delivered today as promised!

Diabolical service all items in stock when ordering and paying,and delivery date given, then get a text to say delivery has been but back then received a text saying the item was not in stock all a con to get your money then spend weeks waiting if the items are out of stock then advise on ordering and having money taken off you really bad service would avoided like the plauge.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered dining room furniture on 1st April, was told it was in stock and would be delivered on 22nd May. Delivery was then changed to 17th May then I was assured it would arrive 10th June! I have just been told it "might" arrive on 21st June!!! Needless to say the order is cancelled and I will NEVER use this company again - SHODDY!!!!!
