1 star is too good for these competent idiots. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a bed 1 week ago with next day delivery - Selected certain stock which they promised they had in stock for next day delivery. I am still waiting - had the escalations team promise its being delivered next day - still doesn't arrive. Had ridiculous excuses such as the agent forgot to place the order, the bed doesn't fit on the van etc. They then deliver a mattress and no bed frame - been waiting for the bed since with the same promises and fulfilment. To top it off the mattress came damaged!!!!! Panther the courier company they use is equally as useless - rude, lying staff. Save you money and shop with reputable suppliers and these lying amateur con men!
