Order a bed for my daughter which was delivered within two days, amazing! However, in the box we have two duplicate parts, called and they sent the correct part, waited three days for delivery, wrong part delivered again! Called and was told I would need to wait a week for the part as there is a backlog in the warehouse. Took yesterday off to work from home as was expecting the part to be delivered, no part delivered. Followed up by email as no one came back to me on the phone to be told I would need to wait ten days for the part to be delivered!!! Further more it has cost me £16 on calls to them! I am still waiting for the company to call and explain what is actually happening!
