Ordered a mid sleeper bed for my son. First deliver came badly damaged, the packaging had chunks taken out of it and every box had footprints over them.
We contacted customer services and was told the damaged parts were being sent out.
Long story short, the second delivery was damaged worse than the first, the third delivery was also damaged, we then received parts for another bed that did not fit ours. Finally after 1 month we received all the parts we required.
The communication between the different sections of this company is shocking, we had deliveries turning up unannounced and in different days to when they had been promised.
We were told a goodwill gesture would be discussed after our issues were solved but once we confirmed we had received all parts and were happy the customer service representative reneged on this and told us it was not company policy to offer this.
All in all it had been a terrible experience and I would not advise anyone uses this company!
