Whilst putting my bed together I discovered 15 nuts missing so had to go out and buy them, very dissatisfied at this

I place an order for two bedside tables that was suppose to be delivered a week later. Received a email the next day saying the payment has been taken and the item will be delivered almost THREE MONTHS later. The only way of calling this company is via a premium telephone number. When calling I was put on hold for almost 30 min. Awful awful service. Beware and stay clear!

Great service...until the piece of furniture broke within 2 weeks of use. From that point onwards, customer service was appalling. A point blank refusal to replace the piece of furniture and an offer of 50% refund....not much use when it is impossible to lie on the bed. Avoid.

Ordered a bed for next day delivery this was a premium charge , received a text to say it would not be delivered. They will let me know when within 48 hours when they can deliver, very poor customer service having paid for something and made the necessary arrangements only to be let down on the day. Have tried calling customer service which really is just a waste of time as you can not get through (3 hours trying). Sent email but had no response from that either. Will try and cancel the order when I can finally speak to someone.

Gosh Table and 4 chairs ordered on the 13th October, company changed delivery dates, eventually arrived on Thursday 21st Nov. Have just opened it and there are only two chairs to go with the table (should be four)….having been so patient, just had enough of this fiasco... I have emailed the company now to resolve by the close of play tomorrow.

I paid extra for a selected date and my furniture arrived early with no warning. It’s lucky that there was somebody at home to receive my furniture when it arrived two days early I would like to have my extra delivery payment refunded.

They messed me around so much with the delivery, making me wait in all weekend only to be told the items were not in stock. They then frightened me to death telling me they had been delivered! Consequently, I cancelled the order. This was 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me my £420!!!!! I am physically ill over this. They do not appear to care at all the mess they have caused for me. I have since read so many bad reviews on trustpilot, all left over the last couple of weeks, all about the same thing! This company is a SCAM website!!!!

Poor customer service! 2 faults with a table and 4 chairs ordered through Furniture123 which I reported when they eventually answered the phone. I received an email twice asking for a photo which I sent both times. No response. I was told I'd receive a call within 24hours to 'discuss' what to do!! No phone call! I suppose I'll have to ring again in the hope I'm not fobbed off again!

This is the worst company that l have ever dealt with in terms of online purchases. There was late and incomplete delivery, lack of response in relation to returns and refunds. Poor response in every respect. Calls were not returned when promised, and large packs of rejected good have not been collected despite repeated requests. Customer services number did not work.

I have not received my item and not able to contact the delivery company as there is no tracking and they wont accept leaving it with a neighbour or safe place

I ordered A bed that was supposed to be delivered days ago. furniture 123 saying they don’t know what has happened to it and they have had to look into their warehouse and courier to see what is going on they have refused to send out another bed although this is not my fault they are now saying I have to wait until next week for them to get back to me disgusting service I am appalled I have never experienced anything like this before when ordering a large furniture item BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THEM

Delivery ok, but parts missing. Tried to get through on the helpline for 30 minutes. No response. Wardrobe was damaged. Big gouge out of the bottom panel. Very poor workmanship. Sorry to say. Alan Price

First of all the item was not delivered on the date stated. Secondly once the item arrived it came in two separate boxes. Box 1of2 and box 2of2 both boxes appeared to have the same items inside therefore missing a whole box. You sent out a new box 5 days later which was again the WRONG BOX. I was left on hold for over 30 minutes which has left me with a £27 extra charge on my phone bill. Absolutely disgusted with your service and should’ve looked at your previous reviews before purchasing off of you because it seems you’ve nothing but awful reviews online.

I ordered a kitchen sink. Arrived on agreed date. Unfortunately it is damaged. After much perseverance I managed to get them on the phone. Spent most of yesterday trying to upload photos as requested. Finally managed to get their website to accept them today. Too late . My kitchen is being fitted today which I told them yesterday. Have had to go and purchase another sink whilst I wait for their response. Very disappointed as have used them before with no issues.

Changed delivery date last minute and when I called to query, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, call was disconnected and my phone bill to this company has cost me £22!

I bought a silver grey bench that has missing screws . I’ve now had the furniture for over one week and have sent 5 separate emails asking if these can be replaced. Still waiting on a reply customer service is the worst ever ,

Very unreliable company, I have ordered a Ottoman bed, which came with a missing piece within the Ottaman mechanism which leave me with a useless storage bed. As I cannot lift the mattress to use the storage as the mechanism fails. I have sent numerous emails as cannot get through to them at all. Run away from this company. 2-months now no replies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I did not read the reviews, which was very stupid in retrospect. I ordered a bed that was not delivered. Paid the Next Day delivery fee; received a message with the time slot for arrival, and the bed never arrived. Sent 3 messages via website form, now calling and not getting through. Everything as the other reviewers were saying. Regret deeply not reading these reviews. Will have to make a call to my bank about a fraudulent transaction. Absolutely appalling. I will write reviews everywhere I can, and will call the ombudsman as well as consumer protection to get this company out of business. By the way, the delivery company, allegedly called BID TRANSPORT simply does not exist. The tracking webpage has no status update, it has nothing in fact.
