Ordered a bed for next day delivery this was a premium charge , received a text to say it would not be delivered. They will let me know when within 48 hours when they can deliver, very poor customer service having paid for something and made the necessary arrangements only to be let down on the day. Have tried calling customer service which really is just a waste of time as you can not get through (3 hours trying). Sent email but had no response from that either. Will try and cancel the order when I can finally speak to someone.
