Poor customer service! 2 faults with a table and 4 chairs ordered through Furniture123 which I reported when they eventually answered the phone. I received an email twice asking for a photo which I sent both times. No response. I was told I'd receive a call within 24hours to 'discuss' what to do!! No phone call! I suppose I'll have to ring again in the hope I'm not fobbed off again!
