Ordered the Olivia 7 drawer chest of drawers in grey, along with 2 bedside tables. Upon delivery and unpacking, it became apparent that the paint to all three products was severely cracked and the finishing of the wood was rough and poor. I Arranged delivery for them to be returned and 15 days later I still have not heard a thing from Furniture123. Certainly be very cautious when dealing with this company. Would not recommend

STAY AWAY! Absolute scam. Waited two months for delivery of sofa. Kept getting notice of delivery followed by delay notice up to day of delivery. Customer support have no idea where item is and just say well it left our warehouse. Lets see if I get my money back but doubt it! DO NOT BUY FROM!

Terrible service. Ordered a bed came with no bolts or screws. Currently 2 weeks of waiting and 2 extra deliveries still haven't got all the parts needed to get my new bed together. Same delivery chest of drawers only received 1 box of 2. Was told no longer stocked so refused to send other box. Waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered after they moved delivery date back to find this out. Totally poor customer service.

I purchased a pull up bed 2.5 years ago for a rental property that I didn't wish to invest too much in redecorating which broke beyond repair at the weekend when the metal central support snapped completely from the frame. As it's out of warranty they've advised there is no available resolution and I'm unable to leave a review on another well known review site as they require it to be written within a year of purchase. I should have known that even if it costs more in the first instance in the long term it's better to invest in quality furniture that will last.

Bought a BLACK (emphasis on the word BLACK) Metal gazebo 3m x 3m from Furniture 123 on ebay. The gazebo does not look like the pictures in the listing - except the last one which is a customer photo. That is the only honest picture. If you are happy with a light grey cover on a black frame then buy away. If, like me, you expect a black cover on a black frame as per ALL but one of the pictures, look elsewhere. I contacted the seller to be told ultimately that it says in the description that it has a light grey cover - not so, only the item specifics mention the word "grey" but not specifically the cover. Sadly, 1 star is all I can give as I don't like being misled. Also would have been happier if the customer services had a bit of consistency - 3 messages, 3 different respondents, no closer to a resolution at any stage... real shame as the item itself, except the colour, is actually ok.

Do not order from this company. I paid for an item and was charged £49 for delivery. Unlike normal online purchasing, you will receive an email saying that your order is ready for dispatch and all you have to do is pick a day for delivery from a website link - the link does not work or does not exist therefore you cannot choose. You will then have contact with customer services who will ignore what problem you are highlighting with the website link and keep sending you the same link. Eventually they will pick your delivery date for you. Then it won’t arrive and you will receive a text telling you that it can’t be located. Trying to gain contact with this company is almost all virtual - I have had no responses and just want a full refund. Think your getting a bargain but actually what you get is a company who over charge for delivery and who cannot communicate with its customers. Do not buy from these cowboys

Do not buy the bunk beds from here!! Purchased for my 4 year old son and 10 year old. Built exactly as instructions said. 3 weeks later the top bunk collapsed when my 4 year old was climbing up. Luckily my daughter wasn’t underneath!! Heard no response from them from my complaint 3 weeks ago. Waste of money £350.00 but above all bloody dangerous!

Awful company AVOID at all cost, customer service is full of lies and empty promises. Ordered a cot with next day delivery and only received half of it and kept getting told the spare part will be delivered to me by a date every time I called up on said date they would apologise and say it would take another 2 days and used the same excuse but can quite easily arrange a delivery to pick up the item I have after I requested a refund. I'm not even hopeful I will even get my money back. Wish I read the reviews sooner

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Ordered two beds and mattresses in good faith, only for one bed and 4 mattresses to arrive. After enquiring was advised they didn't have any of the same bed in stock and would we like a refund or to return the items. The items were collected for a full refund, yet 10 days later still waiting for an update and they can't even advise if the items have been returned to the warehouse. On top of that they charge £20 to collect the items, even though it's there fault they sold something they don't have in stock. Several emails later and all you get is generic responses with no help. Absolutely avoid this company, as not only truly unhelpful, but when it's there error they charge you to collect them!!! Am currently looking into management/Director level to escalate further as nothing has been done in 10 days and still hold over £900 of our money.

8 weeks of delays following ordering. Poor communication all the way through. When finally available, delivery date not suitable and couldn't be changed. Delivery firm left goods in unsecured location in the pouring rain. Goods rain damaged. Terrible service from start to finish.

No word that my item wasn’t in stock. I ordered it pd got delivery date then on delivery day I went into tracking to find out time for delivery only to see. WAITING FOR STOCK This is rubbish had to cancel joiner to fit this

Would not use again - missing parts and wouldn't replace them. I order 2 new cabin beds for the kids which I knew had a couple of weeks lead time. Their sales person phone me up a few days later and said they had 2 returned on a delivery which were not opened, had been checked and were in perfect order and did I want those? which I agreed to. Unfortunately there were missing parts which they are still not sending and have offered a derisory amount in compensation even though i can order a new bed for delivery in 2 days. Even after trying to explain the silly situation they have them selves in, unfortunately it looks like they are going to have to ship me a whole new bed and are going to have the built one in return. What a waste of time, money and resources.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, shocking customer service and lies!! Ordered product 2 months ago and the wrong item arrived (no problem, I accept that mistakes happen). Tried to contact multiple times, told somebody would call back multiple times..... nobody calls you back. When I did manage to speak to somebody I was told the item would be redelivered within 2 day, nothing arrived. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Again told it would be delivered within 2 days, this time the wrong item sent again. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Then told item would be delivered next day, nothing arrived (shock!!). Another hour on the phone, now to be told it is out of stock. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! would give it zero stars or minus if there was an option The company stated delivery as three weeks but as soon as payment was made went to 4 weeks. It then increased to 8 weeks follwes by 12 weeks. Once they did finally say it will be delivered, provided me witha date & time they did not turn up. When I followed up was told there was an issue with courier and rearrange which added another week or two. Today is the day I was meant to receive my order. Again received an email last night with a delivery time slot. This morning I was told there was an issue with handover. I called customer service and they said they will check to see if there is stock to rearrange delivery to find out its due to come in on 15/02/22. So there was no delivery to be made in the first place, just a bunch of lies. I was promised delivery today but there was absolutely no way to get the item if ir was never in the warehouse. Worst shopping experience, avoid like the plague.

The most horrible experience!!!!!! First the mattress gets delivered without the bed , no problem I guess it can happen people make mistakes. 5days later when the bed was suppose to arrive took time of work just to make sure it does get delivered and guess what it never came, zero notifications of any cancellations or changes !!!! they had to call and order for the second time !!!!! I’m still waiting !!!! more then two weeks !!! This is a DISGRACE .

I ordered for a set date. Only part of the order was delivered and part of one order was missing. I contacted 123 and asked for the missing part,to be offered first a £15 voucher to be spent in store and then a £20 voucher, I didnt want this all I wanted was the missing part. I was then told that they would need to collect the item and send a new one 5 days later, which I do not get and is causing more inconvienience, why cant they replace when they collect not my fault the part is missing. The missing item has still not arrived. Shocking service and will not be using them again. One item that I did receive is great but pails into insignificance against the catalogue of poor service.
