Ordered 3 beds and received only 2 as we were notified that one had been delivered to the wrong depot. Now claiming the missing bed has been has been delivered to us and when we have looked online to see when apparently it was today. Tried to resolve the matter via email since the first two beds were delivered last week and keep being told it has been delivered. Now the system shows it was delivered today. We live 3/4 of mile away from anyone else, only house in the area, all at home today nothing has been delivered. Disgusting level of service via email. Going to escalate this further, I have one very disappointed little girl with no bed of her own at the minute. Please please avoid this company terrible service. ArrowXL were the delivery team for the first 2 beds. Sad thing is this could have been a good review as we were happy with the quality of the beds received.

Held onto money for 6 months. After non delivery stated item discounted. 3 chases and still not refunded my £800. Avoid.

This company is highly likely to not deliver. And I mean, literally NOT DELIVER. We ordered a TV cabinet in May 2021, it’s now August 2021 and I have lost count of how many delays there have been. The young man at customer service was very ‘reassuring,’ saying it was delayed due to ‘going through customs.’ At the time, I was daft enough to believe him. Wow: they have excuses coming out of every orifice. Best avoid.

Recently purchased an Adeline Sideboard with next day delivery. The item arrived very well packaged. It took a lot of effort to get the item out, destroying much of the packaging in the process. The item was damaged inside. A dowel was sticking out the wood and was smashed around it. I asked for a replacement to be told it cannot be picked up until Wednesday, and i cant get a replacement until after (likely friday or following week). I got told to package it the best i could as it was no use to them (not easy as all the polystyrene was sellotaped before so had smashed while unwrapping and had to improvise with bubble wrap, plus box is a nightmare to retape). I got no offer of a refund on the next day delivery, or a replacement offered before this date. Surely it would be easier to send a new one first and pick the other up at a later date or same time. Loved the first one i brought and the dining table, but this one has really let it all down. If someone buys "next day" delivery, its for a reason. Now have to take time off work or sit up (on nights) to wait for a pick up and delivery of another sideboard. Nice furniture but really disappointing service!! EDIT: I Received a pick up date for Thursday now, however they are saying I won't hear from until the 28 about a replacement. Won't be using this company again. My next day item and changed to next bloody month. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Seriously disappointed in this company. I ordered a bunk bed for my children. Paid £15 and waited a week for allocated delivery day. Received both email and text confirmation the night before to say it would be delivered between 8.05 and 12.05. I called at 1.30 when it had not been delivered to be told the driver had had an issue with a tire but I was top of the delivery list and it would definitely be delivered that day and to just keep waiting. I waited inside all day but it never arrived. When I called customer services the following day I spoke to a very rude man who told me it had simply been returned to the warehouse and I would have to wait another 3-4 working days for delivery. Having done so I have received no updated and called again this morning to be told it has not yet been delivered back to the warehouse and is still with the courier. It will be returned this week and then there will be another 3-4 working days for quality check before they can send it out again. I was told that, whilst there could be no guarantees, it should be delivered at the end of next week but I wouldn’t receive any updates so I can call back then. Meanwhile having dismantled my children’s cots whist awaiting arrival of the bed they are now sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Just pathetic service.

Avoid this company at all costs! They take payments in full up front and then let you down with deliveries. Promise after promise is broken, their customer service team are useless and you will spend hours trying to track down your products but get nowhere. All the sales talk on their website about service and delivery is rubbish and they don't get back to you at all.

I placed an order in February. Used PayPal credit and do far paid 2 monthly payments. Delivey date kept getting pushed back. The week before delivery I emailed to check up and was told all was good for the delivery date. 3 days before delivery I get an email pushing the date back again another 4 weeks away. I have no faith that my order will be in stock by the new delivery date.

I ordered a wooden playhouse n February 2021. I could have had it delivered in 3 weeks but wanted to postpone the arrival until my garden had been landscaped and a base ready for the house to be sat on. I am a teacher so asked if I could have it delivered on 15th April, they agreed that this was not a problem. I contacted Furniture 123 on Monday 12th and asked would it be possible to have the delivery on the 16th as I had the opportunity to see my son for the first time in 6 months. I was told that this would be no problem and I received a confirmation email. On the 16th I had not heard anything so I contacted furniture 123 via live chat. I asked if they knew an approximate time the house might arrive. The lady looked up the order and told me the following: We've been notified that your order is unfortunately out of stock, and the product discontinued. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the sales office will be in touch to discuss an alternative or refund I WAS LIVID. I could not believed that it was not coming and that I had not been told. I had arranged for someone to erect it on the Sunday so that I could surprise my Grandaughters. I phoned Furniture 123 and after an extremely long wait with the worst music I got through to a lady who told me my order had not been cancelled and was due to be delivered today but they don't know when. They told me that they had tried to ring Shire the company they ordered from and who are organising delivery but they could not get through. After I decided to ring Shire who I got through to quickly and was told delivery was now not until 21st April. I could have cried. I am recently widowed and this was the final straw. I rang Furniture 123 and spoke to a very nice man who checked and told me that according to their records the delivery was happening today 😳 I was told to wait until 4.30 then ring if not received delivery. Within 30 minutes I received an email confirming the change in date. Once again a long call to 123. I was told it was not their fault. I explained my circumstances and how frustrating, emotional and inconvenient a new date is. I also said that I would never have changed the original date if I was told this could happen I was told that was it. I was then offered £30 I asked to speak to a manager. I was told no one was available but a manager would ring me on my mobile by 5pm! Well it's 5pm and no call !! So far no call. I should not be surprised. I have spend a complete day on the phone, waiting for news or explaining the situation. I have had to cancel the person who was coming to erect the non existent playhouse. I will have to ask my elderly mother to house sit on Wednesday for the rescheduled delivery. I have cried so much over something so frustrating. I feel it has tainted my feelings towards the house. What should have been a happy thing has turned into a giant headache. customer 4 reviews GB

As you can see from the pictures this company continued to add insult to injury by sending 3 defective replacements to the original damaged table. I gave now given up and lost £170

I haven’t purchased yet but each time I have gone to purchase garden furniture it had gone up £100. This has happened twice now and what was £999 is now £1199! All in 2 weeks. Looking at reviews I’m not bothering to order now.

I am absolutely frustrated with this company, I ordered a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa, they only brought the 3 seater and told me the 2 seater would arrive in 3 weeks and so far I have waited the whole of February and my sofa still have not arrived. the keep changing the delivery date and now I have to wait till 28 April again. I am told by previous customers that this company could take up to 6 months to deliver. It only have premium numbers to call and they do say they have other cheaper call rate but that is a lie and after spending a long time calling them, they would cut the call and you have to start calling all over again. I would not be buying from them again.

I paid extra for next day delivery of furniture. It’s been 11 days, I have still not received it. Communication about delivery was poorly organised. I received 2 different emails with two different delivery dates. None correct. I still don’t know when my furniture will be delivered. Apparently, my furniture is on its was since last 8 days! The distance from the warehouse to my house is 13 miles!

DO NOT go with this company. Order bedroom furniture in Jan 2021. Told it would be delivered in 12 weeks. I was in no hurry for furniture, as I was decorating room. The night before delivery got a text message to say it would be another 12 weeks. Ridiculous, they are quick enough to take my money. I had to give a star to write this review, but it deserves none.

Waited all day in empty house was ment to be deliver my kids new bed my boys very upset not only that we called to ask were there was and they said to give them time and we went to call again and they blocked my partners phone

I was emailed a date for delivery on the 24/2/21. Stayed in all day, no delivery. Contacted the company and was told it will now be about the 12/3/21. So not very impressed as this was my 1st order. Hopefully my order will be delivered on time as I have paid over £400 for something I still haven’t received.

Avoid this place at all cost! Friend ordered and paid for a sectional on July 11th, 2020 and still has yet to get it. When he calls they give him the run around. When asked for his money back he gets sorry sir we can't do that.
