Would not use again - missing parts and wouldn't replace them. I order 2 new cabin beds for the kids which I knew had a couple of weeks lead time. Their sales person phone me up a few days later and said they had 2 returned on a delivery which were not opened, had been checked and were in perfect order and did I want those? which I agreed to. Unfortunately there were missing parts which they are still not sending and have offered a derisory amount in compensation even though i can order a new bed for delivery in 2 days. Even after trying to explain the silly situation they have them selves in, unfortunately it looks like they are going to have to ship me a whole new bed and are going to have the built one in return. What a waste of time, money and resources.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, shocking customer service and lies!! Ordered product 2 months ago and the wrong item arrived (no problem, I accept that mistakes happen). Tried to contact multiple times, told somebody would call back multiple times..... nobody calls you back. When I did manage to speak to somebody I was told the item would be redelivered within 2 day, nothing arrived. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Again told it would be delivered within 2 days, this time the wrong item sent again. More promises of call backs that never materialized. Then told item would be delivered next day, nothing arrived (shock!!). Another hour on the phone, now to be told it is out of stock. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! would give it zero stars or minus if there was an option The company stated delivery as three weeks but as soon as payment was made went to 4 weeks. It then increased to 8 weeks follwes by 12 weeks. Once they did finally say it will be delivered, provided me witha date & time they did not turn up. When I followed up was told there was an issue with courier and rearrange which added another week or two. Today is the day I was meant to receive my order. Again received an email last night with a delivery time slot. This morning I was told there was an issue with handover. I called customer service and they said they will check to see if there is stock to rearrange delivery to find out its due to come in on 15/02/22. So there was no delivery to be made in the first place, just a bunch of lies. I was promised delivery today but there was absolutely no way to get the item if ir was never in the warehouse. Worst shopping experience, avoid like the plague.

The most horrible experience!!!!!! First the mattress gets delivered without the bed , no problem I guess it can happen people make mistakes. 5days later when the bed was suppose to arrive took time of work just to make sure it does get delivered and guess what it never came, zero notifications of any cancellations or changes !!!! they had to call and order for the second time !!!!! I’m still waiting !!!! more then two weeks !!! This is a DISGRACE .

I ordered for a set date. Only part of the order was delivered and part of one order was missing. I contacted 123 and asked for the missing part,to be offered first a £15 voucher to be spent in store and then a £20 voucher, I didnt want this all I wanted was the missing part. I was then told that they would need to collect the item and send a new one 5 days later, which I do not get and is causing more inconvienience, why cant they replace when they collect not my fault the part is missing. The missing item has still not arrived. Shocking service and will not be using them again. One item that I did receive is great but pails into insignificance against the catalogue of poor service.

If I could’ve put 0 stars I would have, delivery was scheduled to then be advised it would be 2 hours late which wasn’t that big a deal, myself and my 3 year old sat in our empty new build with no appliances waiting for this delivery, to then be told at 18:01 that the delivery was unsuccessful, which I find hard to believe as they weren’t even in our area on the tracker, day off wasted and now expected to wait another week for delivery, shocking courier service. Best of all, customer service lines had closed by this point so the rage has sat with me all night.

The delivery company used were awful . watched the driver drop the parcel out of the van , met him at our front door and he literally threw the parcel onto the doorstep ( and it’s not small !) . When we said to be careful he muttered something and just walked away - needless to say item is damaged !

Would not order again from this company, 3 delivery dates and still have no bed. Read the reviews before ordering. The couriers they use are useless

Bought grey velvet office chair July 2020, falling apart by Oct 2021. Price was expensive during lockdown but was happy to accept supply/demand issues and also having to wait over a month for delivery. What I am struggling to accept is, whilst the chair has a 1 year guarantee, after this period the chair starts to show-up the poor quality. I have a tear in the fabric which has appeared with part of the metal frame protruding from inside. Customer service response today was “out of warranty, got to a local shop to get it repaired”! Poor quality & customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Less than one star doesn't appear to be an option. I have been waiting for a bed since September. First one was discontinued after waiting 5 weeks. I'm still waiting for the replacement. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely awful! I ordered a bath in July and was told it would be delivered in a week, still waiting for it in November and having to chase it up every two days. I’m stuck as I’ve designed and tiled my whole bathroom around this so I can’t even cancel my order. I’ve spent so much money chasing this up and paying builders to just wait around. The most stressful purchase I’ve ever made! I have literally been left in tears over this

Hi Good Morning, we are still waiting for our wardrobe to arrive. It was meant to arrive last Wednesday 26th. Your help line then said would be dispatched on31st still no email and no wardrobe??? I shall try phoning this morning. Kind Regards Amanda Mallam

Absolutely appalling service. Order was for butterfly folding table and chairs - booked and paid for next day delivery at higher cost. Checked our account on the day as time was passing for customer service to be open. Account said delivery for further 3 days away!! Got thru to c/s and refunded delivery charge but delivery remained for Saturday. Literally just checked account again and delivery day changed again for another 5 days time 😡😡. Went online for webchat. Told delivery was in 4 days. Useless service so telephoned thru to c/s and was told it’s 6 days and she didn’t know where her colleagues were getting their info from. She said she couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been delivered as they had plenty in their warehouse. Told her they were going to have one extra and requested an immediate refund. Lies and misleading information at every stage. Avoid

Terrible service. There have now been 5 failed attempted for my daughter bed. The first time it didn't arrive I called to be told it was actually out of stock. So I changed it to another bed I was old this was be delivered in 2 days. It didn't arrive. I rang and was told it had been lost on the warehouse. So they offered me a refund or to order again and I really like that bed so agreed for wait for the bed. It would be dispatched the next day and arrive the day after. It didn't arrive so I called and asked to speak to management to which I was told they were busy and not available. I then asked them to have a manager call and they said it may not be today (this was in the morning) I said it was totally unacceptable and asked for a call ASAP I was called 2 hours later. The manager apologised refunded me 50 pounds and arranged delivery for Monday....today. no notification from the courier company as promised so I called them and I am told it wasn't picked at and an issue with the warehouse. I asked them to call and find out what the problem is and apparently they don't have a phone number for them which is laughable this product has cost me over 700 pounds and my child is still sleeping on a mattress on the floor!!!!!!!! I spoke to another manager who was mildly apologetic but best he could do was reorder in the hope it will arrive or refund me. I said I want you to reorder and get confirmation from the courier company that 1 they have the bed and 2 it will definitely be delivered. He said he would ring me with their confirmation. I'm not going to hold my breath its a shame as I can't fine the same bed anywhere else. Iv matched curtains and other items in her room to this particular bed. So upset

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I’m extremely angry at how badly I’ve been strung along. I placed an order at the beginning of September for a bed for a delivery date in the beginning of October as this is when I was set to move into my new place. The bed arrived one week later - even tho I specifically said beginning of October because nobody would be there to collect the bed. Someone from customer service called me and apologised and said that they would return it again on the beginning of October. I then received an email a couple of weeks later asking if I wanted a refund or replacement - in which I called the company confused as I thought the delivery was still going ahead as arranged. The company said that the bed was no long in stock and I’d have to wait until mid October. I said I wouldn’t mind waiting as I really liked the bed. I then received another email shortly after AGAIN asking if I wanted a return or replacement and I replied back confused and asked for them to communicate better with eachother as I had already said I’m waiting for the bed until mid October. They apologised again for the confusion. Fast forward mid October - still no bed. I called up customer service and had a very RUDE encounter with someone that claimed the order was cancelled on the 11th of September and a refund was given. I started to panic as I received NO refund and no bed so I had felt completely robbed. I was then passed on to someone else who was much more helpful, but he claimed that the bed is still not in stock and he didn’t know when it will be. So at this point I was sick and tired of all the confusion and asked for a refund. Now I have to live in my new place without a bed. Over a month full of confusion, mixed opinions and customer service not communicating with one another. This is the worst and most stressful experience I’ve ever with a company. All of this hassle for NOTHING but stress and a waste of time. Definitely NOT recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! items not delivered (acknowledged by the company customer services) no refund as they are saying they have to get the product back from the courier first 1 - I do not have it 2 - they know this 3 - they have my money but will not give it back This is basically now theft! Will be reporting to trading standards but cannot believe the amount of stress this has put me under I have spent hours trying to sort this, i have cried so many times i cannot believe a company would steal £420 of my money! I urge anyone reading this to never use this company.

Stay away!!! Pathetic service (wrong item delivered and hardly bothered to rectify the mistake) Note: If there is any person in this company who is bothered about the company’s image and customer satisfaction then I’ll request them to speak with me. I might update the review comments if I hear back from them with something which is worth sharing with you all. I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately, I can’t. I am appalled at the shambolic, pathetic and terrible experience this company presented me with. I ordered directly from the company and not through any third party, thinking it would lead to a smooth order delivery but I couldn’t be more wrong! I placed the order for the White Dynamo Cabin Bed and was given a delivery date of 6 days later (I didn’t have a problem with that). I cancelled my plans for the day so that I could receive the delivery and assemble it, but on the scheduled day of delivery I received a text message informing me of a delivery date of the next day. On this revised day of delivery, I received a further text message advising there would be a delay in the delivery. Somehow in the end, I received the item late in the evening. When I opened it on the next day, I noticed that they had sent me the wrong item. They sent a pale grey bed as opposed to the white one I ordered. I immediately called and reported this, requesting them to fix the problem at the earliest. After exchanging several emails and messages (2 phone calls, 10 emails and 5 messages so far, to be precise) with their anonymous case worker, they have offered me a discount of £30 (God knows what for because the pale grey bed is anyway £30 cheaper than the white bed) with no comments about sending over the white bed. When I pursued it further, they have told that the grey bed will be collected on Monday 18th Oct (whereas I offered to facilitate bed collection anytime including today, 14th Oct). They said that it might reach them after 48 hours, following which their team will inspect it for damages. It will take 3 days and I may hear back from them by 23rd Oct. After this, they will apparently tell me how my return will be processed. I mean, seriously!!! Can we not please expect some decent customer service? I ordered the white bed on 6th Oct and you delivered the wrong item on the 13th Oct. Now, although it’s entirely your fault, you will make me wait till 23rd Oct and then you will decide what to do about this? Do you even have the slightest idea how much distress and inconvenience this problem is causing us? Can you imagine how many plans we had to cancel just in the hope that we will receive the item properly and now all this, on top of that? If you are a customer who wants prompt and correct delivery of ordered items in a stipulated timeline, then based on my experience, I can certainly recommend you to stay away from this store. I will never order anything from this website. Ever!

After taking up a delivery of several items of bedroom furniture, I had to book a return of the chest of drawers that was damaged. A replacement was eventually delivered but after unpacking there was 2 items missing. I contacted the company who said they would get back to me. Eventually I was told the parts could not be provided. I was offered a small refund and was told to research the availability of obtaining the part from eBay!! Why can’t companies check that the delivery is complete before sending the item out for delivery??
