My order hasn't arrived on 22nd as stated, despite on the 14th receiving an email saying it was on it's way. No notification to advise me what is happening. Absolutely no info on order tracking. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone.

They sent me the wrong chair, it has been 3 weeks and I am still no closer to receiving the goods I ordered/ getting a refund! I am a key worker and have to work all over Christmas, I initially got a weekend delivery as I work all week and can not take time off work with the current circumstances of Covid. They wont accept this and want me to take a day off work to be in through the week so they can collect the incorrect chair, I have advised I am only available on weekends hence why my initial delivery was for a Saturday. I find it very surprising they cant find a courier to collect on a Saturday. £200 down the drain right before Christmas. Please read through Google reviews before buying from them! The customer service is absolutely a waste of space. The attitude from them is awful. They say they take 72 hours to respond but I have to send them a reminder email to respond to me!! Please avoid.

If it was possible to leave a negative number rating I would. Ordered a lamp in October. Received dispatch email a few days later. Lamp was not delivered.. was told it was a delivery company issue! Given new delivery date.. this happed 4 times.. it now turns out that the lamp was never in stock!! Although they are still selling it in their web site. £125 for 8 weeks of lies. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Decent products let down by non existent customer services. My lamp arrived damaged & have been messaging for over a week with no solution. They keep offering me money off & don’t seem to understand the item is so badly damaged it cannot be used.

Ordered my sofa on 9th August had four emails telling me it will be another month, month after month. Not a single phone call.. ! didn’t receive it until I hassled the customer services in December after seeing it advertised on the website as available by the 19th December 2020 and my order was still outstanding with delivery date of the 27th December..2020. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I have found it very difficult to get replies from the customer service team. I was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone before I gave up. I sent an email but replies are very slow and not helpful at all. Our furniture is delayed which is why I am trying to contact them but no one is being helpful. I still haven't received the bedroom furniture yet so I can't comment on the quality. Poor customer service so far.

I don’t know who created their Customers Service department system, but it’s certainly the worse system I have ever had to deal with! I bought two chairs from their website, one arrived damaged. I already contacted them 3 times and the only response I received was an automatic email promising that someone will get back to me! Still nothing!!! Super frustrating!!!

Not impressed at the moment. Feel scammed. I ordered a bed weeks ago and was due for delivery today (the 12th of December) I purposely ordered it for a Saturday as we won't be in during the week. I received no email or text the day of or before to say when it's coming. I rang this morning because this didn't feel right to be told it's been put on hold now until the 15th! I had already pulled my daughter's bed apart and I have someone collecting it for today. We're not able to be physically home to receive the bed until the 22nd so my 3-year-old is without a bed until then!! I asked if it could be delivered tomorrow instead. (13th) and they said they don't deliver on a Sunday and nothing else they can do. Meanwhile, I have another email from someone else saying it's coming tomorrow, the 13th.. I have two emails now stating the 22nd and the 13th and I have no idea which one it is. Either way, my daughter is without a bed. It's making me feel like I am being scammed when I have paid a lot of money for this bed and mattress. At the moment I will say it's not worth the hassle. I really hope this bed actually arrives on one of those dates as her room being redone was a part of her Christmas present. This is absolutely awful treatment for spending so much money on a product.

Ordered a tv unit and sideboard paid to have it delivered in 3-4 days to get an email the next day to say it will arrive in just under a month!

Delivery personnel left 5 heavy boxes at bottoms of my stairs with the heaviest, a boxed 3 door wardrobe left leaning against the wall at outside of my front door! I was given zero opportunity to discuss how I was going to carry the 5 very heavy boxes up stairs to my bedroom. I went upstairs to ensure there was room and no obstacles in the way of the boxes- I wrongly anticipated They might help me carry boxes up stairs. I went down to find them leaving saying “All done”. I live alone. How am I going to manage to move all 5 heavy boxes which required two men to deliver?

Shocking experience so far. Bed bought on 28th Nov, delivered on Tues 1st Dec. It was short of bolts so I called on Thurs 3rd and received an extra set on Friday 4th. One of the centre support legs then snapped so I called up again on Sat 5th and a replacement was sent and received on Monday 7th, but it was too long. I then called again on Tuesday 8th for another leg, received it on Wednesday 9th, yet again it was too long. I called up AGAIN for a FOURTH time, each time having to wait for a number of minutes before I can speak to customer services. I received FOUR centre support legs this afternoon, Thursday 10th, but they are ALL either too long or too short. Having even given the customer services the actual length previously of the centre support leg required, how can it be SO DIFFICULT to supply the part I require??? The bed is also out of stock online now! I have only been refunded the delivery charge so far, that was after pressing on my part. I now have a bed that is effectively worthless, I am having to sleep on my son’s bedroom floor, and my stress levels have gone through the roof. NEVER EVER will I buy from this company again, and I would advise anyone looking for a bed to go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

I paid extra for quick delivery and it arrived the same as if I paid the cheaper postage rate. Do not blame Covid as many parcels are arriving early form other suppliers.

When you spend £430 pounds on a (BED FRAME) I expect quality. Not the case here anywhere there's a screw it isn't pre drilled. Quality of materials are just poor in terms of wood and cloth. The main support for the bed is a thin strip of plywood so I had make my own supports that were adequate. The pattern on the headboard is lopsided by 20mm. The draws don't sit flush with the bed. Overall it's just poor in every way wouldn't pay £150 if I knew of the quality before buying. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Won't be using this site again.

Ordered a bed and mattress from them. Got an email saying the mattress had been dispatched but the bed hadn't. Checked on my account which just said both had been dispatched, but there was no tracking info. After a week i got a text from delivery company saying my order would arrive that day... no notice... just the bed turned up. Sent an email asking when the matress would arrive and decided to call them... guy on the said it would be there the following day... the email reply said it would be another week. Another week went by to sign of an email to say it had even been dispatched ... sent another email ... reply said it wpuld be another 2 weeks. Following day gef a text from the delivery company saying it would be there that day, between 10 and 2pm. 2pm came and went... no sign of it... eventuallly shows up at 5pm as im on the phone trying to cancel the order.... 2 bit company who USe an even worse delivery firm XDP

The sofa itself is lovely. But after waiting for over a month for delivery, I was disappointed, to say the least, that it arrived without the legs. So I'm now stuck with a sofa that I can't sit on as it isn't elevated off the ground. Customer service response was slow, and unhelpful to the extent that allow other colours of the exact same model sofa are in stock, which have the exact same legs, we can't receive those and we have to wait weeks for the same colour sofa to come back in stock to receive those legs? Don't get the logic there. After spending over £600 for an incomplete product, I would expect at least deliver of the legs within a couple of days or a partial refund - but I didn't even get an apology.

Still waiting on my delivery from Dec 2nd. On hold several occasions over 20 mins No response from email sent. Poor customer service waited in 2 day’s Very disappointing experience

ordered 2 single beds on the 27th November and informed delivery would be on 2nd December. Waited in all day with no delivery. Checked my email to find a message telling me due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery would now be on the 17th December ???? 15 days after the the supposed 1st delivery . Really poor. Why not send me a text message which i would see instantly on my mobile and I could have adjusted my day.
