I have found it very difficult to get replies from the customer service team. I was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone before I gave up. I sent an email but replies are very slow and not helpful at all. Our furniture is delayed which is why I am trying to contact them but no one is being helpful. I still haven't received the bedroom furniture yet so I can't comment on the quality. Poor customer service so far.
