I ordered an item that I was told was in stock-or I would ordered elsewhere. After a few days I received an email to say that delivery would be 4 weeks. Why when it is in stock?? And just one week into the wait time I receive an email (today) asking me to write a review of the purchase and service. Not received either yet! Should be zero stars but that is not an option.

Received an email on 29 Oct to say my order was on its way. There is no tracking info and I have emailed you twice for an update and you haven’t responded.

Ordered a bed & mattress set. Mattress arrived 2 weeks later. Staff very unhelpful & non committal. I was promised a £30 compensation, which never materialised. Communication with suppliers is clearly very poor and the customer pays the price.

Customer Service has been appalling - it's very hard to contact them and then the issue isn't sorted out. I have had a faulty product and it is still not resolved and there appears not to be very little urgency to fix the issue. I would not recommend using them after this experience.

Very disappointed with this company!! They have lead me on with my bed I ordered took payment and made me wait 3 months only to send an email the day before delivery to say that my bed will come in another 2 months time. I asked to make a complaint about this and was promised a call back and not heard from them. It’s terrible customer service! Why take payment if you know you gave never had it in stock and to make me wait 5 months in total! Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional.

This company takes your money says goods have left there warehouse and then tell you they have no stock when you chase them they will not answer messages and fob you off all the time when you do get through Avoid at all cost still waiting for refund They need reporting to trading standards

Delivery was absolutely shocking. We expected our delivery on the 28th July and received it 22nd October. Leaving us without any furniture for four months in our new house. The customer service helpline is awful, you message for a call back... miss their call and you have to start the process again. After all of this, furniture123 were still selling our chosen sofa and chair on false pretences of a two week delivery. Avoid at ALL costs (I also think it’s hilarious that the final email review page diverts you to a different page to complain about your service/ products so that they only receive good reviews on here)

I would avoid this company as much as possible, items were missing so i could not finish the build. Contact customer service they wanted me to pay postage of £40 for the missing parts. And £40 to return the item if i wanted a refund. Escalated this to management who have said the same thing. So i am out of pocket by £350. I have informed trading standards and started a claim against them. Great.

Ordered bedroom furniture yesterday and paid In full with a delivery date of Wednesday. Received an e mail today to say the bed will be delivered on 18 December and the furniture on Christmas Eve. If they had said these were the delivery dates I would not have ordered the goods as they are needed.

Do not buy from this company, diabolical service and please read reviews for the courier company ArrowXL which they use, absolutely shocking. Be aware doorstep only deliveries and only make you aware of this on the day. Delivery time kept getting put back and waited in twice to receive item. Waiting on refund, which I was told on the phone, after waiting for 15 minutes, was going to be processed, only to receive an email saying I have to refuse delivery then ask for a refund!!!!! The mind boggles... No idea where my order is but I want my money back.

Unfortunately there was a chip out of the base of the table. A previous fault had obviously been fixed. As they were not visible the hassle of sending the table back was not worth it

Very unhappy, ordered a bed received an email stating that it will be delivered 9th Sept 2020, waiting in, when I tracked the item and contacted the courier Arrowxl they said it had not even been booked and gave me available dates to arrange delivery myself, I re booked for 16th Oct, spoke to yourself who was very good and refunded me the del charge, but I had not received a text yesterday to give me a time slot so went on to tracking and it now states ordered cancelled by Client and returned to site??? I have already dismantled and disposed of my old bed, what am I meant to do. I was unsure of ordering from you and you have proved me right, I guess I'm sleeping on the floor till I can find a company that can delivery me a bed - I must say they did refund me quickly (well not in mu bank yet)

Items delivered are faulty, despite sending 5 emails, photographs and trying to call no one is responding. Have been trying to make contact since the day of delivery and no assistance received. The only emails received ask the same questions and then no one responds again. Shocking service, both sets of tables are damaged and one doesn't nest properly.

Ordered a product from Furniture 123, Alphason Element EMT2500XL. which looked in stock as had a buy now. They took the money immediately, then, few days before delivery due, informed me it wasn't coming - which they are not allowed to do - get them in big trouble from Merchant Bank they use and trading standards. I asked for a refund immediately and it took over two weeks - I had to call again. In the meantime, I found the product on Appliances direct, where it said in stock at xxx branch. Went through the same process and it turns out they are the same company showing items for sale and in stock even though they are not. All the same delay emails happened again - I had to ask for a refund again and the guy asked why I had made two orders - this is now I knew they are same company with different sites. They get a one star for actually giving me my money back on both orders. But they are taking money for things that are not in stock and that is dishonest.

Delivered a bed... without the mattress. Multiple phone calls, emails to no avail. I have a useless bed, an upset child and hours of my time wasted chasing it- oh and the money it cost!! Still no mattress after 4 days of chasing. Absolutely useless company. Avoid at all costs.
