I don’t know who created their Customers Service department system, but it’s certainly the worse system I have ever had to deal with!
I bought two chairs from their website, one arrived damaged. I already contacted them 3 times and the only response I received was an automatic email promising that someone will get back to me! Still nothing!!! Super frustrating!!!
