Robbers never gave us our refund heartless read the complaints page , had a death in family we were distraught opening a package last thing on our minds , we eventually opened it around 8 days later to find the mirror part of shoe store smashed despite me sending a death certificate because we hadn’t reported it in there 7 day policy they kept our money I reported them to trading standards I will never give up giving bad reports on this company even they stole £170 of my money at the most awful time of my life
