Ordered a bed. Was given a 2 hour slot and told the driver would call 30 mins beforehand. No call and they didn’t knock loud so we missed them. They left a card which said - we missed you, please call this number to arrange another delivery. I did but couldn’t get through so kept on trying on and off all day. Finally got through. All was sorted. Then found out yesterday that I had been charged £49.72 for these calls on a number they had told me to call. Contacted furniture 123 and they basically said they would not refund it.
