“We ordered an ottamon, when it came the screws were very loose but will not tighten, there is oil from the metal hinges on the material and the gold legs are wonky and bend inwards, it looks very cheap considering we paid £100 for it. The delivery was ok and I have contacted the company regarding the issues, will wait to hear back.”

“The wardrobe looks nice now that it is in situ. It has plenty of room and shelf space. However the assembly instructions were poor, it was difficult to put together, the screws provided and pre-drilled holes were too small. I had to use my own screws and re- drill the holes. It was due for delivery on a Saturday but did not come till the following Monday.”

“I ordered a bed and paid for a specific delivery date. I had a confirmation email for the delivery and my husband waited in. It said the delivery could come until 8pm so even though it was later than the specified delivery slot we waited and waited. It never came and when I called the next day I was told that the item was damaged and couldn’t leave the warehouse. The phone lines were not open for us to be able to find out where it was after 5pm. No one contacted us to tell us it wasn’t coming and weren’t planning to. I had to chase myself and then was told that there was no more stock so I had to ask for a refund. I reordered the bed when it came back into stock only because I couldn’t find an alternative anywhere else. I am happy with the bed but the service has just been terrible.”

“Got an led fire,Fast deliver, Fire was great but they did not send the stones that go with it, After many ignored emails I connected them posing as a new buyer, Got an instant reply,They then sent out the wrong stones, I've since got a £20 refund, so no stones for the fire, I'm now trying to source some stones myself, Not a great experience for this company”

“Terrible customer service. Booked for delivery 21st FEB, only the mattress has arrived, no bed. Phoned to question where it was and customer service did nothing, basically blamed the delivery company and that they had no beds in stock to send another. In the meantime my 3 year old son has no bed. BUNCH OF COWBOYS, DO NOT USE!!!!”

“Absolutely horrendous!!! Not sure what the product is going to be like because the company can’t seem to understand instruction! Ordered my product in January, upon payment and transfer to booking delivery I confirmed with the company that I could only accept a delivery on a Friday as I live in a different city to where I work. The person on the phone said this would be fine and delivery arranged for a Friday. After hanging up I got a confirmation email for the delivery to arrive on a Wednesday!! After calling the company back a number of times it got rearranged to the only Friday I said I was unavailable. Then rearranged for a Tuesday. Then after another phone call and emails I got confirmation for a different Friday which would have been great, however, I then got a call of attempted delivery on a completely different date! Never experienced anything like it! Would not recommend unless you are always home and don’t need to request a certain day.”

“I ordered items from their website for a family gathering. The website stated that the items could be delivered two days before my event. My wife was ecstatic. On the day of delivery, I get a text saying that due to a shipping error on their part that my delivery would be delayed. I received an additional text saying that the rest of the shipment had arrived, but the deliveries were out for the day. I called and was told the next available delivery was four days later. Despite the mistake being on their part, they would not shuffle the delivery schedule to accommodate. They were unapologetic and unwilling to assist and would only say, "we gave no guarantees." Their lack of concern for what plans and needs they destroyed in the process was heartbreaking.”

“Delivery on time very satisfied. However, tv unit disaster! As the unit had to be assembled I had arranged for this to be built for me. All reviews said about 1 hour, it took 3 hours with 2 men. The unit was built, apart from the top piece which didn't fit over the grey insert. We then had to shave off 5ml either side for the top to fit. As it had taken so long all I wanted to do was have it finished, if we knew this from the start then it would have been returned. Extremely poor design/quality control.”

“Had delivery date say ot will be here before Christmas and a few days before delivery had email saying will be after Christmas as no stock then got another delivery date they had no idea what was going on and customer service was quite bad on day of delivery only one parcel turned up and other come the next day would not recommend this company to anyone”

“disgusting! All items came damaged! Feet marks on the box where people have walked all over. Days for a response and rearrangement. Once rearranged I got sent something that wasn’t even on my original order. Expensive furniture and nothing but stress at 39 weeks pregnant!!!”
