Absolutely horrendous!!! Not sure what the product is going to be like because the company can’t seem to understand instruction! Ordered my product in January, upon payment and transfer to booking delivery I confirmed with the company that I could only accept a delivery on a Friday as I live in a different city to where I work. The person on the phone said this would be fine and delivery arranged for a Friday. After hanging up I got a confirmation email for the delivery to arrive on a Wednesday!! After calling the company back a number of times it got rearranged to the only Friday I said I was unavailable. Then rearranged for a Tuesday. Then after another phone call and emails I got confirmation for a different Friday which would have been great, however, I then got a call of attempted delivery on a completely different date! Never experienced anything like it! Would not recommend unless you are always home and don’t need to request a certain day.
