Really poor
Really poor. Ordered a bunk bed and mattress. Bunk bed cake (slightly damaged but lovable) and no mattress but a random head board. I have spent 4 days so far trying to get my mattress to no avail so I have a 3 year old with no mattress. And a great big headboard in my driveway because it’s too heavy and I have space. Not once has anyone called me back so I’ve had to ring daily. I’m £120 down so can’t even afford to buy another while they avoid helping me
