I ordered a bed and paid for a specific delivery date. I had a confirmation email for the delivery and my husband waited in. It said the delivery could come until 8pm so even though it was later than the specified delivery slot we waited and waited. It never came and when I called the next day I was told that the item was damaged and couldn’t leave the warehouse. The phone lines were not open for us to be able to find out where it was after 5pm. No one contacted us to tell us it wasn’t coming and weren’t planning to. I had to chase myself and then was told that there was no more stock so I had to ask for a refund. I reordered the bed when it came back into stock only because I couldn’t find an alternative anywhere else. I am happy with the bed but the service has just been terrible.
