I ordered a piece of furniture, which was faulty. Customer service took their time but then advised they could send us a kit that will allow us to fix it ourselves. Even when we provided them with a picture of the item we needed they sent us a full bag of things we didn't need, without actually including the one we asked for!
I had to contact them again and they replied saying they would get back to me in 46 working days. Extremely disappointed.
