AVOID AVOID AVOID! I WISH i could give these idiots 0 stars. Please please please save your time, energy and hard earned cash and use another company!!! Ordered a wooden table and 2 benches nearly 2 weeks ago - received the boxes a few days later on Friday. Table was fine, however the benches had no screws, fittings or manuals. Called them the same day and after 40 minutes on the phone (it shouldn't take that long to order some screws), the woman on the phone said the fittings would be with me on Monday and that she would email me the manual - she did, for a chest of drawers. Eventually received the manual for the correct product and the fittings, went to build the benches for the 2nd time on Monday, to discover there are 4 pieces of wood missing from both boxes. 2nd call made Monday - told I'd receive them on Wednesday and a refund for the delivery fee, no delivery came on Wednesday. 3rd call on Thursday and another 40 mins on hold, to be told the warehouse cancelled the order because it wasn't put through properly and no refund had been processed. Then i'm told they'd arrive on Monday (today), but come Saturday I hadn't received an email from DPD to notify me of the proposed delivery date. 4th call Saturday to ask for confirmation of Monday's delivery - this time i'm told "I'm not sure, it says Monday but it is a bit weird that you haven't received an email from the courier. No delivery note has been processed either... I'd say it's more likely Tuesday but it might be Monday. I can't say for sure". Today is Monday and guess what? No delivery. 5th call this morning (because I have nothing better to do, clearly) and i'm told the warehouse cancelled the order again. It took me sitting on hold for half an hour for them to discover this. Now waiting for a "case manager" to call me before 1pm - that's in 1 minute's time. No doubt another clueless individual with a vacuum for a brain. Quite possibly the WORST company I have EVER used! I've had to work from home on every day that I've been told they will deliver - impacting my working day. I had a dinner party planned (and £125 worth of food sat in the fridge) for the first weekend after the first delivery. This had to be cancelled as no one would have had anywhere to sit, as I have just moved house. Furniture123 have wasted my time and money and should not be in business.
