Absolutely dreadful! Ordered a cabin bed for my 3 year old 5/6 weeks ago! Came without a ladder! Another was ordered but cancelled by the warehouse as all the advisor put down was to send a ladder out, no order or item number just a random ladder from how ever many beds they stock!!! Rang again, passed back and forth and was advised another would be ordered! That came and was faulty!!! Had to ring again, upload pictures onto the portal to be told another one would be sent out! Had my confirmation text that it was leaving warehouse etc, due in a few days. Then had another text asking me what part I wanted sent out?! I thought it was on its way? That got cancelled! Eventually yesterday after nearly 6 weeks we have been sent 3 steps to the ladder, we don’t need them nor did we ask for them and the picture or emails didn’t say anything about faulty steps! Another phone call to be advised the advisor just asked for a replacement part and at a guess 3 steps were sent out! Now after 6/7 weeks I am promised the correct part will be delivered in a week! I even asked them to just collect the bed my child can’t go on, (he has managed to climb up on the drawers and almost toppled off) he’s had to sleep in our bed for all these weeks and all they could offer was £30 as a good will, it’s cost me more in phone calls!!! Since we ordered the bed we also made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt with what was originally a forgotten Ladder (human error, easy mistake) and ordered a chest of drawers! That has come marked but there is no way I have the energy or time to ring about that and be passed back and forth! Furniture 123 have had £800 off me in the last 6 weeks and I will never ever order from them again! Some advise I would offer them would be to communicate better with colleagues and advise to anyone wanting to purchase from them - DONT!
