Ordered a fire surround that states delivery within 3-4 days. When I chased up after this time I was told it was coming straight from supplier and would be another 2 weeks. Simply not good enough. Would have gone somewhere else with a quicker delivery if this was stated when ordering. Haven't received item yet. I only hope It does arrive, eventually.
Just doesn't fill you with confidence, let's just say that.
Communication was swift and I'm thankful for that. Just think more clarity is needed at the front end.
