I'm still waiting for my delivery for over a week that has been lost and Furniture123 will not answer their phone it cuts off after 5 mins and emails have not been sufficiently answered. Ive been refunded my delivery for the inconvenience - excellent, but what about my delivery itself? Absolutely ridiculous and I then receive an email "How did we do?" Wow. Please can someone get in touch asap!!
