I don't think I would buy from Furniture123 again. Placed my order at the beginning of June, day after placing the order I received an email saying that item is on its way. However, couple days later I received a message saying that the item is out of stock. I've tried to contact them, send numerous messages requesting a refund, but no response so far... I'm losing hope of ever receiving my order or getting my money back.

My delivery was scheduled for the 30th of June so I booked the day off work and waited. The delivery driver phoned me on the 30th saying that they only had one of two boxes so they were not bringing them. I got a phonecall from DX delivery saying that it was at the wrong depot and once they had located the other box they would arrange delivery and bring them both together. 6 days later delivery was rescheduled, I booked a further day off work and received another phonecall saying they only had one box again! DX delivery then told me that Furniture 123 had never sent the second half of the order to them!! I’m absolutely sick of this, the communication is poor and instead of trying to sort my issue out it seems like they’re pushing the blame between each other. All I want is my complete order. Tried to contact furniture 123 several times. After waiting one month for delivery even though the item was in stock when I ordered and then with the continuous mix up I’m extremely disappointed. My delivery is still not complete, I would like a full refund as I just cannot trust my product to be delivered when it is scheduled and I can’t afford another day off work.

Still haven’t received my furniture delivery but you’ve asked me to write a review so I will! I’ve tried calling, emailing and the instant messenger although this is permanently unavailable. I paid extra for express delivery and that was due for delivery last Friday.

Ordered a table for next day delivery almost 2 weeks ago, still hasn't been delivered. Furniture 123 customer service is shocking. Only 1 of 5 emessages replied too, basically telling me its not their issue its the delivery company (arrowxl, whose customer service is as bad). Non premium rate telephone numbers don't work either. Still no table and no refund.

Do not order anything from this company. Could not get through to speak to them on the phone to cancel my order that was placed on the 27/05/20. Money was taken out of my account immediately but I still have not received my order over a month later. Customer service via email has been useless , fobbed off at every turn, still not received my order or received a refund despite me asking for this 4 times! I should have gone to Wayfair! Which is where I plan to go from now on.

Placed my order on the 11th June. Item should have arrive 18th, called on 19th to be advised it was scheduled for delivery on 25th. called on 25th as no delivery and after being on hold for an hour, was advised I should deliver on 22nd, update on 26th that the items out of stock until mid July. Wouldn’t mind but had the same chair on order with another company who let me down and delivery mid July so now in same position but now also out of pocket by £45 as got phone charges for calling them to chase my order but it was the only number available on the website. 🤬🤬🤬

Delivery was arranged 11th June never arrived u til 23rd June , was changed on 3 different occasions wich meant having to change bathroom fitters plus arrange for someone to be in for delivery each time it was rearranged ! Had same problem with appliances direct same company! Paid for next day delivery and was 4 days late even though had paid £30 for next day delivery ! Terrible delivery service , would not use this company or any sister company’s again !

Lotti Sofa Paid for a chosen delivery day, didn't come until they next day, no apology, text or email to say why it was delayed by a day ( good job I was in)! After unwrapping the sofa it smelt fishy & although it looks nice, it's so hard & uncomfortable! Tried to ring customer service several times with no joy. Sent 2 emails & still no reply a week later to even reinburse my delivery charge! Luckily the sofa was for a spare room, so it wont get much use, but what a problem trying to sort a return, I've given up with this company!

Website promised 1. Confirmation of the delivery day 24 hours beforehand. .2. Notification of a 4-hour time slot, by email and text, on the evening before delivery. 3. A call,from the driver on the day to say he was on his way. None of that happened. All we got was an email on June 18 to say delivery would be on June 24. In fact the order arrived on June 23 without any advance warning, early in the morning, just as the recipient, my daughter, was about to leave for work. Because the delivery was very heavy packages to construct a bed, she was unable to get it inside the house on her own, and had to leave it in an unsecured position all day while she was at work. Help for her would have been in place if the company’s delivery promises had been kept. (I accept Covid restrictions don’t allow delivery men to enter houses). It was sheer chance that there was someone in the house when the delivery arrived, and fortunate that there was no thief with a vehicle around during the day to take advantage of a golden opportunity. What a shambles of a delivery service. Good job the bed seems ok.

Epic Failure...Again. I ordered a table set from Furniture123 from their website. After accepting my payment and setting a delivery time, they then changed the delivery time, which fell outside of the window in which I needed it. Their response was basically too bad. I canceled the order. A month or so later, my wife still wanted the two tables. Well, Furniture 123 failed, so I went to Amazon and ordered the table. I could only order one from that vender, but there were several, so I ordered the second, not realizing it was furniture 123. The first table showed up just fine with no issues. The furniture 123, well, it never did show up complete. The chairs showed up two weeks late; the table never arrived. I requested a refund. They said no problem and set up a time to get the chairs. The time came and went to pick up the chairs, and they are still sitting here, taking up room in my flat. The refund I had to go to amazon to get because Furniture 123 never did that either.

Truly awful. Delivery took two weeks. Was sent wrong link in email so could not check progress. Two days I was told delivery would happen, it did not (and as I said above I could not check progress). Was promised a time slot for the eventual day so wouldn't have to wait in all day - promise not kept. I understand the health emergency is making things difficult, but there's no excuse for this, and your attitude throughout was casual ivf not dismissive. At least you refunded the delivery charge which was something, but I'd be very hesitant to use you again. Sorry. Oh, and the question below - "Who made the delivery?" I don't even know! because you failed to supply the information!

They claimed they have speedy delivery and that’s why I ordered a bed on their website. The delivery didn’t happen on the day they mentioned and they supposed to update me on the new date which I haven’t received yet. I haven’t received the bed yet and when I call there is an hour waiting time. No reply to my emails and today they sent an email and asked about Positive review!! Worst experience ever! Never use this company

NITEMARE BED CAME SATURDAY BASE MISSING, bolts missing No one to speak to Chat on line not working Did get through today and I was 100th in que not heard a thing all day!!!!! U couldn’t make it up Having to sleep on floor as we have dismantled our bed No communication at all Shocking shocking

I still haven’t received my order, I should have received it last Friday. Customer services rand me back and cut me off, I have had to email twice, I have also sent 2 emessages today and no answer from anyone. The worst service I have ever not received!!!

Interesting that the “how did we do?” e-Mail has come before the actual parcel. I can’t review the item as it’s not arrived yet and I can’t get any response from ARROWXL (Courier). I don’t appreciate getting an email saying that it will be delivered on the 18th, then making sure I have it off work losing a days holiday and then getting a text on the morning saying it won’t be getting delivered because they can’t find it in their warehouse(very unorganised). So now I have to book another day off for whenever this parcel arrives, as Iv had know updates on when it could be. I paid just short of £5 for the delivery and now It’s going to be at least four days later than the first time it was expected. I don’t quite understand why companies choose to go with couriers that have a google review rating of 1.8 out of 5 stars. I get that they may be cheaper than others, But you pay for cheap you get a cheap service. I personally won’t use this site again if furniture 123 continue to use arrowxl and definitely won’t recommend it to any either. As I don’t use Disney’s site due to them using “Hermes” who are also terrible. Ups, Dpd, Royal Mail, Parcel force all much better companies.

Absolutely unorganised and dishonest. They first get your order, then there is "delay" in sending it to delivery company, then the item can not be located, the usual sob story. Then finally delivery will be confirmed just to wake you up at 7:15 and then the delivery guy says: I am sorry but the second part of your bed was not loaded. Now explain this to a girl who is waiting for her bed. Do not order!!!!! Don't waste your time.
